I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been visiting Water’s Edge since 1992 and fall more in love every year. The location is perfect and most units are amazing. This one particular sure could use a new mattress though.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is amazing. Views are breathtaking. Amenities are great! The bed sheets had two brown streaks on them so not sure they were clean. The room smelled a little musty compared to previous years. Water in showers were like warm. The room was ok but was a little dark/outdated looking. Grout looked dirty. Overall the room was ok. The elevator update was very frustrating. Only worked sometimes. Staying on the 10th floor was ok for me to use the stairs but I have a child with asthma and we had to stop multiple times just to get to the top so she could catch her breath. Long wait times. I’ve been staying at WER for years. This was probably the worst my stay has been and it wasn’t as bad as it could have been . I would stay again.
