Stayed Mar 27, 2026Overall a good spot with quick access to the beach and pool. It’s farther away from the bars/restaurants in the main part of NSB as we thought we could walk there (30 minute walk). Unit is a bit smaller than what appears in the photos for bedrooms and bathrooms. Living room area and patio are nice sized. It was very quiet and overall would recommend.

Stayed Feb 14, 2026Condo needs a good deep clean and filter for HVAC looks as if it has not been changed for a very long time. Area rugs throughout need to be either deep cleaned or replaced. Faucets and shower control in master bathroom are in desperate need of replacement. Pool was lovely with many lounge chairs available.

Stayed Aug 14, 2025We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! There was plenty of room for everyone and the property was clean. Just some little side notes-there were no kitchen towels, the refrigerator kept cool, but never really cold, and because the door lock was rusty, we weren’t able to lock the door for fear we wouldn’t be able to get back in.We love staying on this part of the beach because it is pretty much close to everything but not really busy. The property is nice and quiet.

Stayed Oct 18, 2024The condo was spacious, with high quality furnishings, and a good view of the ocean. We had difficulty gaining access in the first couple of days, due to the peculiarities of the door lock. Thanks toJon and Michelle at Florida Vacay, for your help in getting this sorted.
