• Kitchen essentials: Dishwashing liquid and/or dishwasher tabs, basics such as salt, pepper, spices, vinegar, oil, and coffee filters, plus plenty of pots, pans, baking dishes, baggies, foil, and plastic wrap.

• Home essentials: Shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, facial tissue, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, blow dryer, and iron with board.

• Linens & towels: Ample bath towels, bed linens, and beach towels are provided.

Supermarkets are closed on Sundays in Cayman, though most restaurants and gas stations remain open, and some gas stations sell liquor on Sundays. Grocery items can also be pre-ordered and delivered before arrival.



TRANSPORTATION

• A rental car is highly recommended for this area so guests can easily explore Grand Cayman at their own pace.

• Many guests book directly with trusted local providers such as Marshall’s Rent-A-Car, Andy's Rent-A-Car, or compare options through Kayak.

• Public transportation available close bye, however having a car offers the greatest convenience and flexibility.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT

After booking, you’ll receive detailed arrival information by email, and your unique door code before arrival.

Check in is any time after 4:00 PM with keyless entry; early check in may be possible depending on cleaning schedules and can be confirmed with the property manager closer to arrival.

Check out is self service at 11:00 AM, with clear instructions provided; late check out is only available if pre arranged, as time is needed to prepare for incoming guests.

    Great unit and location. Liked the quiet atmosphere and people we met. Several were owners of units. Pool an access to beach were great. Appliances were good. Beds need to be upgraded. Beach towels and chairs were good to take to other beaches

    Amazing views and beach front. Shell filled beach but easy to walk to a swimming dock. The snorkeling to a shipwreck right off shore was awesome.

    My wife and I stayed at Cocoplum for 2 weeks. The ocean front views are incredible. The location was great as well, close to everything along 7 Mile Beach and less than a mile from the pier and downtown Georgetown, also very quiet and away from the crowds. Jayne, the property manager, was extremely attentive and friendly. We would recommend to anyone that wants to be close to the action but with lots of privacy.

    We were very happy with the Vrbo. Cocoplum was close to many restaurants and activities. A shower drive from airport and Georgetown. Clean, comfortable, oceanfront. I’d definitely stay here again. There is also the wreck of the gamma close to shore, which is excellent for snorkeling right off the beach acccessed from the property.

    This was our first time in the Cayman Islands and we had such a relaxing time here. The condo was perfect for us. We were the only ones at the pool most days and the beach was not crowded at all. My husband and I played tennis nearly every morning and we played rummy in the evenings. The condo was clean, had beach towels, chairs, rafts, goggles, etc. which was all handy to use as well. The freezer even had a working ice maker which was convenient! We walked to dinner most nights.

    Jayne was wonderful and let us drop off our luggage hours before check in time. This condo you can walk right out to the pool or ocean (bring a snorkel!). Water shoes are also helpful to bring at this part of the beach, there are shells and coral when walking in- but that is no big deal bc you just have to float out and enjoy swimming or snorkeling! Sunset views from sitting on the porch. This location is walking distance to grocery, restaurants and shopping if you don't want to rent a car (and only 8 min drive from airport) about 1 mile up near where the cruise ships let people off there is a fun outdoor mall and more restaurants to choose from. Spent one day at stingray City/coral gardens/starfish point all of which is a must see! This condo was also very clean and nicely decorated. Thank you for the wonderful stay! We would love to stay again.

    Our family stayed here in March. We chose the Cayman Islands to get my daughter scuba certified. This was the perfect place for our stay. Fantastic location. Right on the beach. Walking distance to a gym and yoga studio. Lots of restaurants near by. The condo itself was perfect. Great lay out. Would definitely stay again!!!

    We enjoyed our stay and the privacy this location has. The unit was clean and comfortable, the kitchen is dated and could use nicer quality cooking pans and better quality small appliances (toaster, blender etc) but the bathrooms are renovated, the pool is very clean, the beach is beautiful and private and the air conditioning is very cold. We would recommend the unit for a family trip.
