Oceanfront, 1st-Floor Condo with Patio, WiFi, Washer/Dryer & Shared Pools/Grills

Listed as Oceanfront but being on 1st floor with the dunes and bushes, we were not on the ocean. Condo was clean with newer appliances and stackable washer/dryer was awesome. Beach walkway was right around the front of the bldg. About 12 stairsteps to 1st floor. Master bath was very small. I'd put kids in that room. Beach is wide and great shelling. Beds/linens/terry were all good. If you cook on vacation, pots/pans limited. Food Lion Grocery on the island or drive into Morehead City for more options. Beaufort is about 30 min to the North. Nice condo overall!!

This was a fairly clean unit with a nice location close to the ocean. Living room furniture and beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, we had a couple cockroaches show up. The glass on the shower stall in the primary bedroom was very dirty with hard water/soap scum staining. Also, that bathroom is too small around the sink area. All the bath towels were very rough feeling. Bedroom windows need blackout shades because there's a floodlight that shines into these windows from the complex next door. Kitchen could use extra dish rags, hand towels, hot pads, and liquid hand soap. The guest wifi went out a couple days into our stay, but Vacasa was eventually able to get us hooked up to a different network. The network connections on the 2 smart tvs, do not stay connected from day to day. The parking lot right next to building F floods when it rains hard.

The pool was clean, just a short walk to the beach, close to Moorehead and other places in Atlantic! Definitely would rent again!

We enjoyed our stay. Great location. Easy check in and check out. The property was very nice and both the building and the unit had been recently remodeled. The unit was well equipped and comfortable. It was tastefully decorated. The only complaints I would have was that we could not find a pizza cutter and it would have been nice to have some curtains in the bedrooms. The white mini blinds did a poor job of keeping the early morning sun out. However overall five stars.

Overall great condo and we enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again.

The condo was very nice. Very convenient to the beach. Only issue was the Wi-Fi. We had a hard time connecting during our stay. I would definitely recommend and we plan to stay here on our next visit.

Ocean views right from the moment you walk in. Master bedroom window-same. Large kitchen table, full sized washer and dryer, plenty of towels (no beach towels). TV in livingroom up to date and is 4K. A two minute walk to the beach. Hoses and outside shower to cool off and get sand off were a plus! Internet issues having to re-connect often was a bother but not an issue. Complex nextdoor has a large outdoor enclosed pool that has lights on 24/7. Bedroom windows do not have darkening shades. The complimentary dish detergent and dish soap came in handy as well. Looking forward to visiting again in the future.

The unit is excellent for up to four people, I was there on my own. Loved the views from the living room and master bedroom. Only problem was the property management. I called six of eight days about the same electrical problem. Neither the maintenance men or an electrician could figure out why the GFI outlet to the washer and the overhead light in the laundry closet kept shorting out. It was annoying not knowing whether I could use the washer when I wanted to because of the GFI that would go on and off for no apparent reason. I was supposed to receive a discount because of this annoyance, but I checked out four days ago and have seen nothing yet. Apparently the Vacasa people are just fine when everything is good but if there is a problem, they are good with words but not so good with action or keeping to their word.
