Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great location for vacationing and visiting with family/friends in South Carolina during this fall. The unit was well-equipped for even a lengthy stay for 1 or 2 people. It would be a little crowded for additional visitors for more than an overnight or two, but that was expected. A sleeper sofa in the living area does make that possible. The unit was nicely furnished and had very nice living and kitchen areas. The shower in the master bath needs some tile and grout work, as well as an associated deep cleaning, but was otherwise adequate. The bedroom location next to the breezeway entrance and the elevator was convenient but noisy. The view of the ocean and the resort recreation/amenities areas was excellent however the balcony and the sliding door need cleaning and maintenance. The ceiling needs repair in several areas. The air conditioning system worked very well but needs better professional maintenance than it is currently getting. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would like to visit again. I'm just trying to be honest and pointing out some real issues that will lead to greater problems if they are not addressed. I would recommend the property to a friend with qualifications. This review may be appropriate for consideration by management and the unit owners but is not intended for commercial advertisement.
