Stayed Apr 16, 2026Room was perfect for a girls trip. Waters Edge Resort is our favorite place to stay in Garden City. Loved the convenience of 2nd floor parking and walking straight to our room without getting on the elevator. Ocean side the palm trees are as tall as the 2nd floor and the outside lights are much brighter versus staying on a higher level. The Murphy bed slept fantastic. Nice thick mattress vs a pull out couch mattress.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was just two of us and this was a one bedroom two full bath rental. The unit was very clean and beautifully decorated. We did not have issues with anything. Great view from the balcony right on the beach. Parking garage is tight for larger vehicles but plenty of parking. There is a bar and a restaurant on the first floor, which is very nice during the day. There’s also another beachfront restaurant that is a 15 minute walk accessible from the beach. We have nothing negative to say about this unit. There was a pull out bed in the living room if you had more people. This would be perfect for a small family or group of friends. It might be a little tight for two adult couples with only 1 bedroom.

From the location to the parking, and the inside of the room. It was clean, updated, and very well maintained. We are extremely happy with this resort and the room we stayed in. I would highly recommend this property to stay in. This resort is so convenient to a lot of attractions. We absolutely love Garden City Pier, and Murrells Inlet.

Stayed Jul 30, 2024We loved the location and ease of getting to the beach. Nice sunrise views….great spot for morning coffee. Beds were comfy. The kitchen has enough to get by—-but could use a few more items if you plan to cook dinners.

We enjoyed our stay at the resort and all of the amenities. Having the pool, spa and easy access to the beach was such a convenience for our family. The condo was clean and just enough for two adults and two small children. The only negative was that it was difficult to move around in the bedroom due to size/positioning of furniture.
