Stayed Jun 15, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Refrigerator leaked water when it defrosted. The porch furniture and glass door were filthy. No dish washer & laundry soap starters. And I had to wash the bed cover first thing due to what looked like a poop skid mark on the cover.Bath Towels had stains, needing bleached or replaced.Coffee maker dirty. full bathroom towel rack falls off. I didn't say anything until I left because I didn't drive 600 miles to come here and complain and watch someone try to fix the refrigerator & towel rack, instead I count on the place to be correct and ready when I get there. Not worth the money I paid. Get better with the maintenance and housekeeping and all would be good.

We really couldn’t ask for more. It was very nice to just walk down to the pier for a beach drink and listen to music.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked 303 and states it is a Queen bed. Trust me it is a Double and it sinks very bad. We had to sleep in the Love seat recliners. View was beautiful.

No signs of wear on indoor furniture. Resort was clean and staff was friendly.
