DESCRIPTION
Enjoy the best of San Diego beach living in this oceanfront Mission Beach vacation rental with panoramic views of the beach, ocean, surf and sunsets. This home is located on the second and 3rd levels to maximize the views while affording some privacy from the lively oceanfront boardwalk in front of the home.

Nicely furnished with everything you need, the home offers invites indoor-outdoor living with sliding glass doors that open onto view decks on each floor. The 2nd level includes an open concept living area, featuring a living room with fireplace and custom built-in flat screen and a fully outfitted kitchen with concrete countertops and stainless appliances. Just off the living area is the oceanfront patio with gas BBQ and bar seating along the railing that offers front-row seats to the beach and oceanfront boardwalk. This main living level also has 1 guest room and a bathroom.

Upstairs on the 3rd level, is the beautiful ocean view Primary bedroom and bath, complete with a view deck and lounge seating. This is the perfect place to wake up to the sights and sounds of the ocean or toast the sunset each evening over the blue Pacific. This level also includes another guest room with and bath. This home comes with one parking space in an enclosed garage along with a washer and dryer.

The ideal Mission Beach locale is just a stone`s throw to the sand, beach, and bay as well as close proximity to Belmont Park, Mission Bay Park, and a wide variety of shops, eateries, and nightlife. This is Southern California beach living at its finest!

    The response time over text was great. However, I didn't like being bothered about having to be home to get the trash bins out. There's got to be a better way to do it. I was out to dinner with my family and the disruption was unwelcome.

    The location for this property is fantastic. Layout is great, gorgeous views. I would love to give 5 stars however, there were basic amenities that were not working like TVs, oven, leaky freezer. I expect these things to work by default and not have to spend my vacation time having to contact the property management company to fix these things. Especially given the cost. On the bright side, the management company was very responsive and the repair tech was professional and efficient.

    Our family of 6 spent a wonderful week in this beach front home. The house condo was very clean and contained everything we need for our stay. The view delivered all they promised. We were in walking distance to Belmont Park and several restaurants. The bedrooms were nicely decorated as seen in the pics, and the beds very comfortable. Based on on reading prior reviews we knew that we would have to play a little parking shuffle with our SUV. We made a conscious decision to do so, because this rentsl checked all our our boxes. It turned out to not be that bad. We were able to find parking, and Fri-Sun no shuffle required! There is some damage in the master bathroom ceiling. It was covered. It had zero impact on our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

    Incredible condo and location, perfect for families. When we got there the hot water wasn’t working and bluewater responded promptly (despite it being after hours) and came to address the issue. Well-equipped kitchen (including sharp knives which is a rare and much appreciated find). As a heads up to others the only seasoning/cooking ingredient is a small thing of salt. This wasn’t problematic, just more an fyi if planning to cook these will need to be retrieved. Overall impeccable experience, fantastic way to experience San Diego

    Amazing location near Belmont Park and ocean front. Amenities in the home were everything we could have needed though we were happy to have our own beach chairs as the ones provided were a bit rusty. The construction nearby wasn’t an issue at all. Be aware that the garage space is tight - we couldn’t fit our Sienna and parked on the street.

    One of the houses I saw in November, when I visited and I was actually able to stay here. Loved it so much I tried to rent it again this coming November. I did not work, but I am happy with the experience.
