I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Much needed time with my daughter. We spent our days on the beach, shopped, and did the escape room. So many good memories made. We loved watching the squirrels and birds out the back door. I would definitely stay again. All was quiet and peaceful.

The condo was clean and well managed. It's hard to find a place at St. Simons that allows pets, so we were happy to find this rental. It was also in a great location -- an easy walk to restaurants, shops, and the pier.

Stayed Jun 20, 2025Perfect place for our beach vacation. Exceptionally clean with great pools and close to restaurants, beaches, and shopping. A neighbor smoking ontheir patio constantly cause us to not use our patio so i would suggest smoking only in designated areas on the property.

The area was perfect, we had our little dog with us. He loved looking out the sliding door watching the Washington Duck’s, squirrels and birds. In fact I was telling a couple at the grocery store about the wonderful time we had.
