Our 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Oceanwalk Condominium has a large 1480 sqft floor plan, and is located across the street from the no cars allowed south beach area of New Smyrna Beach Florida. Our second floor unit features contemporary styling, oversized rooms with flat screen TV's, and fast free WiFi.

Stayed Aug 28, 2025Very clean property and spacious! WouldDef stay again. Check in communication email was spot on. Had just about everything we needed. Could maybe suggest some hooks for towels and beach towels, etc and maybe a full length mirror. Back patio door was also not secure with safety bar.

Stayed Jul 16, 2025Everything was perfect. Check-in was a breeze. The condo was very spacious. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed. Short walk across the street to the beach. We’ve stayed at ocean walk a few times before but this unit was our favorite.

Stayed Mar 10, 2025First time stay at Ocean Walk. The property is like a resort with two pools, a hot tub, sauna, and gym. Owners graciously provided everything we could possibly have wanted. The condo is nicely-furnished and not over-full with oversized things as many are.

Stayed Mar 4, 2025The unit property the condo is in was amazing! The property was incredible, well manicured, quick walk to the beach and awesome pools. The host leaving you toys for the kids, chairs and coolers for the beach was also wonderful! Beds were comfy (excluding the pull out couch).unit came with all necessities needed. Only suggestion is to get the cleaner to clean under the couch cushions and tables as we had lots of crumbs when we pulled out the couch.’ Overall hosts were great and the unit and property were awesome! Would recommend to anyone!!

Stayed Feb 18, 2025We loved every minute of our stay and plan to come back and stay longer next time. The property is absolutely beautiful and so well maintained. We enjoyed the heated pools, hot tub, and sauna. It is a short walk across the street to the beach and the host has everything there that you would need for a beach day. My kids were thrilled with all of the beach toys. They really have thought of everything that you need for a comfortable stay. The host is also very responsive. I reached out a couple of times throughout our stay and got a response within minutes. We will be back!
