This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom is offered by Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals. Full kitchen on the 2nd floor with OCEAN VIEWS from inside as well as the balcony & Master! Master has a king, private bathroom & ocean views. 2nd bedroom has two queen beds. 42 flat screen HD TV in living area & Master Bedroom. WIFI available. Bathroom towels & bed linens provided. Outdoor pool & hot tub are featured at this beachfront property, Kids playground, tennis/basketball courts. Secured Gatedaccess. One pet up to a MAXIMUM of 25 pounds with a non-refundable $100 pet fee.

IMPORTANT: You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we do not work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. The owners of Ocean Vista Towers #202 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone’s stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.

1. Parking ~ is limited to 2 vehicles. One space inside the gate and another outside in front of the building. Golf Vehicles must park outside of the gate. Vehicles need to be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense.

2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 8 guests. There must be at least one adult 25 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.

3. Wheelchair accessible is for standard door front entrance and elevator only.

4. Pets ~ We accept 2 small dogs in our property with a charge of $100/per dog non-refundable cleaning fee. Access to property will not be permitted until payment is collected. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.

5. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.

6. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed or either in the dumpster located on the south side of the building or in the trash chute located on the same floor of the condo (south side). Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.

7. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended and observe pool hours.

8. BBQ ~ BBQ pit is not included.

9. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.

10. Absolutely, no hanging of garments or towels to dry on the balcony railings.

11. The green umbrellas you see at the beach are privately owned. Please do not seat on any of them.

Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 4-6 coffee pods and and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.

Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.

Do not hang towels from the balcony or windows. A $100 fine may be applied if you break this rule.

Subletting not allowed.

Note: The owners of this property will allow Spring Breakers under the strict rules of the premises. Break the rules and be evicted without a refund.

Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.

The smart keypad door code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.

Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.

Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.


Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.

Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.

Cancellations for nightly reservations will receive a 96% refund if they are made more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Please note that a service fee of $25 will also be charged for all cancellations, regardless of the timing. There will be no refund if the cancellation comes is made. This policy does not extend to bookings that are eligible for monthly discounts.

The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 8 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.

    We had a wonderful time! Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with glasses, plates, utensils and pots & pans. I couldn't get enough of the balcony! Such a beautiful view!! We will definitely be back!

    This condo is a perfect location for a week of family beach time. It is well decorated, has nearly all of the comforts of home, and a great kitchen for cooking meals. The view of the beach is unbeatable. The owners/managers were very responsive and helpful during the entire stay. They even contacted us immediately after we left when my wife left her hat and dresses in the closet. Hugely helpful. Overall an amazing time and great value! There are a few things to consider as you prepare for your visit. The ice machine in the freezer is unplugged to prevent potential leaks. Ice trays are provided. You’ll want to come prepared with your own ice (or buy some) if you plan on using it for coolers and drinks. If you plan on cooking, bring your own pot holders and spices. None of this takes away from the overall experience, which was amazing.

    We enjoyed South Padre and really enjoyed the condo. There were a few items that could be improved based on the focus of a 5-star experience . First, the sliding glass door in the living room would not lock. Next, there was a soft spot in the drywall right next to the sliding glass door in the living room, which seemed like mold or compromised drywall. Lastly, there were no serving spoons in the kitchen as we cooked food and the paper products were really chincy. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets. We replaced the paper products with more durable items. And we gand washed multiple items prior to using them.On the positive side, the view was fantastic! The beds slept really well. And we enjoyed sitting on the balcony to listen to the waves. Minor adjustments to this space would make it the best spot on the island!

    We loved this property and will definitely stay again! It was spacious and clean with a beautiful view. The only downside was the fact that the pool deck was out of service for reconstruction, biut the owners advised us of that and compensated us. I’m sure it will be beautiful when it’s done. Another amazing thing is how soundproof and quiet it was. They were resurfacing the tennis courts and had grinders going one morning but you couldn’t hear anything until you stepped out of the unit and our unit was very close to where they were doing the work. The owners were probably two of the best communicators I have ever dealt with when using booking tools. They were wonderful and the checkin was flawless. I would definitely recommend this property!

    Wonderful 2 bdrm Condo, pet friendly with easy access and a world-class balcony view! Easy to relax on comfortable, oversized patio furniture with a panoramic view of the Texas Gulf. Very well appointed Kitchen with all the tools for food prep or a full blown dinner. Ample parking and close to nearby shopping and dinning out options. The Host/Hostess and their support Staff ... are simple amazing!

    The pictures were very accurate in depicting the brightness and openess of the condo. You walk on see the ocean immediately. The ubit was well stocked and both BOVR and the owners were very accessible in answering any questions we had. Great experience.

    This condo was perfect for our large group. The second floor provided easy access for our small breed dog as well as a great view of the ocean. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked perfectly and we had everything we needed. We recommend bringing some extra toilet paper and paper towels just in case. It was a wonderful experience and definitely felt like a home away from home for us. We will for sure be returning to this one if it’s available for us in the future. Also, as always, the owners stay in great communication by email and text and make sure we have everything we need during the stay. We definitely love being their return guests!

    This place has an amazing beach view and a nice large patio that overlooks the pool. The unit is located close to the stairs, making it easy to let our dog out. The private beach access was an added bonus, not to mention it was only two blocks from the grocery store. I would definitely want to stay at this place again :)

    We had a very nice stay at Ocean Vista 202. Great gulf view, condo had all we needed - beach towels and other linens, kitchen amenities (dishes, pots/pans, glasses/cups, cooking tools/pots & pans). We used the pod coffee maker, but noticed there were other options in the pantry. Washer and dryer were handy. Beds were very comfortable.
