Ocean Villa C112: Steps to Beach & Resort Pool

Host very welcoming. We had everything we needed. Place as described.

This was my second visit after a great first time last year. Everything you need is here with easy access to the beach, onsite restaurants, pool tennis, beach bar, etc. The communication is very good and everything set up to be easy as can be to allow for nothing but time to enjoy. Thank you for sharing, I’ll be back!

Great condo! Very clean and quiet. Comes with basic kitchen utensils/supplies, plenty of towels/toiletries, and beach chairs. Looking forward to staying here again!

Not only was it sunshine every day, but the room and manager were awesome. It was a short walk to the beach and the grilling area. it was a short drive to anywhere we did actually go to. loved every minute of our stay.

The place was very clean, and the host was great and accommodating! It has a very stocked selection of cookware, but unlike some rentals, it only had salt and pepper for spices and extras. If you plan to cook, bring the essentials and the extras. Many reviewers mentioned that the place was very small, and they are correct. There's barely any walking room in the bedroom with the queen bed (I hit my leg a few times), and the bunk beds are for smaller children. The living space was more roomy, but smaller than most. Other than being a little small, the space was great!

All new appliances in kitchen. Comfortable bed. 2 televisions. Recommend this pool is great and walk to beach.

The condo was perfect. Everything you need in the kitchen, easy access to the beach and on site restaurants. Peaceful nighttime complex. I would definitely return!

The unit is small, but just right for two people. The unit was very clean with one exception, the rug in the living area really needs to be replaced. It is very dirty. The furniture is nice and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The tub is very slippery. My husband and I are both seniors and were afraid of falling, so we kept a towel in the bottom . Overall it was a nice place to stay with a short walk to the beach, pool and restaurant.

Mary was easy to get in touch with. She gave me everything I needed for the property before arriving to the condo. The condo was clean and inviting. We had extra towels and wash cloths which was wonderful. We stay at the beach and tennis resort every year. This was the first time going through Vrbo. She made this simple and easy. We will definitely use her again.

This place is great! Hosts are very responsive and checked in on us the day we arrived. So close to the beach and just overall a great stay!

This was a nice place and we loved the proximity to the ocean but, please consider the size. I have three kids (8,6 &1) and this place was much too small for us for our short stay.

This property is a great place to base your Hilton Head adventure. It was clean and all updates were well-finished. It had plenty of clean towels, storage, and space for a couple. Be aware that the bedroom has no natural light and shares a wall with a corridor, leading to some noise. The view is of the parking lot, but the beach is an easy walk, even when carrying chairs, etc. The property management company is very communicative via text which was wonderful. Overall, I would stay here again for an affordable, short vacation!

Our stay was amazing. It was very clean and modern. The space is small however it was just what my husband and I needed. If you have small children the bunk beds are perfect. The space has all the utensils you will need to cook, and clean. We only needed to buy the groceries. 10/10 recommend.

We have stayed in this resort many times and this may be our favorite unit. It was immaculately clean. It was plenty of space for just the two of us. The 1st floor was so convenient.

This property is as described and exactly how it appears in pictures. My husband and I stayed with our 11 month old. I wouldn’t recommend it for more than 1 child really because of the size, but it was great for the 3 of us. It’s close to the pool and beach. Check in was a breeze and our unit was ready 3 hours early (we got notified via text) which was great! My only recommendation would be a black out curtain on the front window by the door as the light coming in from the hallway is a little bright at night.

We loved our stay in this villa. My boys loved the bunk beds and the blue light/speaker that is in the bathroom. My oldest has already requested a return trip. Comfortable beds, LOVE the bedroom ceiling fan - everything was clean and the appliances are great! Exactly what we needed for our quick getaway.

This was an amazing place to stay. The condo unit was squeaky clean and the overall resort property was well put-together. This unit isn’t a far walk at all from the pool and the beach, maybe 3-5 minutes at most. We really enjoyed having a full, renovated kitchen to cook meals in - the appliances were far nicer than you’ll find in many rentals. The staff at Oceanside Properties were so friendly and accommodating when we communicated via email and text. We will certainly be back!
