The water pressure was terrible in every room. The couch was dirty and when you sit on it you sink.It would have been nice to know about the obstruction/piping down the beach before hand. Having to climb over a mound of dirt and back was somewhat difficult

Condo was beautiful. Inside and out. Perfect location for beach activities and Flagler Abenue. Pool was warm and very clean. I would recommend.One suggestion I have for the management company is to chrarge a little more to cover trash bags and toilet paper. With accomodati9ns for 8 for 5 days, 2 rolls of toilet paper anf 1 trash bag is not nearly enough. In fairness. This was mentioned in the listing, but id be willing to pay a little nore to have this needed items.

Beautiful view and perfect location, however, the condo is not clean. Sheets and pillow cases on some beds had not been washed and were visibly dirty and smelled. Dried blood spot on one pillow case. Dirty underwear was found on the floor. The bottom bunk smelled of urine, not just on the sheets, but all the way to the mattress. The furniture desperately needs a good steam clean. Some of the dishes in the cupboards had grease and dried food on them. I reached out to the property and received a message that they would review my complaint and contact me, but they never did. Very frustrating stay, and would not recommend staying here unless you plan for extra time to clean and sanitize during your stay.

Condo was clean, light colors for the decor and kitchen was fully stocked. Easy access to pool and beach.

The place was beautiful. Our only disappointment was about supplies. Only one roll of toilet paper, no wash clothes, very little hand soap and no extra paper towels. And you would thinkThat a place on the beach would have beach chairs but it didn’t. We stay at a lot of places and this was the first time we experienced a lack of crucial supplies.

Very cute and clean accommodations. Plenty of sheets, blankets and towels!! The beach is clean and easily accessible! We enjoyed our stay immensely!The only negative was there was no toilet paper, no hand soap and no dishwasher detergent, which is not a deal breaker just be ready with your own supplies.

The view is stunning. We enjoyed the balcony.

Overall a great experience. Beautiful sunrises. Nicely decorated. Main bedroom bed was comfortable. Sliders were easy to open and close. Power shade was bice. Water pressure was a little weak, but got us clean. One elevator was down but was not a real problem.

The only downside was the lock was a pain. The unit was newly remodeled and clean and the view was wonderful

The condo was clean, (I am particular about showers), the kitchen was well stocked with anything you needed, beds were comfortable. The sofa couch had seen better days but we just threw a blanket over it to sit on. It was all very nice and I would love to stay there again. Thank you

Great location- contruction noise and dirt.Concerning- my family got stuck in elevator for 30 minutes.# 804- low water pressure in master shower.Very well stocked! Stunning view off balconey. Enjoyed signage

Nicely updated roomy condo on the 8th floor, right on the beautiful beach. Laundry is right across the hall. Reverse Osmosis drinking water system is a nice plus.

Awesome. Unit modern and a lot of space

This condo is on the top floor of the building with great views of NSB. The condo has a really large TV in the living area and is beautifully decorated.
