Stayed Aug 23, 2024Anywhere close to the beach is expensive. This Condo was somewhere in the middle as far as cost, beach access and convenience. Great parking access included in the cost. Property location has great green space, landscaping, waterfall & running stream which makes for a peaceful experience. No AC can make for a warm late afternoon but plenty of fans help. Overall a pleasant stay.

Stayed Aug 23, 2023This is a lovely condo. Lots of space to spread out. Great countertop space. Nice kitchen. Good closet space. Comfortable bed. Nice view from the porch. Nice touches like plenty of hangers, beach gear, large fridge. The complex itself is quite lovely - like walking in a park with curves pathways, lush vegetation, water features. Very quiet place with no train noise. The host is exceptionally responsive and helpful. This is a place I’d stay at again if I came back to Oceanside.

Stayed Feb 9, 2023Very clean and nice. Condo was as shown in photos. Plenty of stairs to get to beach, a surprise, and property managers did not have our reservation at first. They did get confirmation and we were checked in. but that was disappointing, which is the reason for the 4 rating instead of 5.

Stayed Jun 20, 2021Overall, the property was exactly as advertised. The condo is comfortable, bright, and cheerful. Just a couple of minor inconveniences I would point out for improvement-- There was no soap for the shower, the living room fan and light remote seemed to be out of batteries and we couldn't make it work, the pull out couch bed was off-kilter when extended, and the wifi password was not where it was supposed to be. The complex's common interior spaces were a little run down, but the lush landscaping was very beautiful. The pool very comfortable, and a short walk to the beach. I would recommend this property.

Stayed May 12, 2021Very nice condo with lots of little things that make the stay very easy. The condo complex is nice, but lots of stairs. Very cost effective way to enjoy all that Oceanside has to offer!
