Ocean views from balcony! 2 oceanfront decks to relax on. Heated pool. So quiet!

All was fine

Our 3rd year here and it was splendid. Ocean view from the side terrace, a short walk down steps to the beach, and a beautiful ocean deck. There is a heated pool, too. Anytime we have had a question or concern over the last 3 years, the property manager has been quick to reply.

Plenty of space for two people. Great directions from host on how to get into (gated) property & to the unit. You will need a car. It’s about a ten minute drive to Vero Beach for food/shopping. Beautiful view of ocean. There is an event space next door. We enjoyed a live band at a wedding one Saturday night right from our balcony! Pool & beach are steps away with lots of chairs always available.

This is the 2nd year that my husband and I stayed in “paradise.” In 2024, we stayed for 3 weeks and knew we must come back. And so we did - this time for the month of March. We know Vero Beach well, as this has been our mid- winter vacation spot for 17 years. And we were so happy to have found this spot. Beautiful ocean, nice heated pool, quiet, and close to The Jungle Trail along the Indian River where we like to run. The condo suits our needs as we like to cook our meals and the small kitchen is perfect for us. And the ocean view from the terrace is our spot for morning coffee and a drink later in the day. A few minor issues arose this year and all were handled promptly and appropriately by the condo owner and property manager

Perfect for us! Just what we were lookigg by for.

After vacationing for 17 years in the Vero Beach area we found paradise! A spacious studio in a wonderful location with a terrace on which to sit to enjoy the ocean view. A small but incredibly functional kitchen. All of this supported by a very responsive property manager, as well as the owner of the unit. And a wood-carved sea turtle mascot to keep us company!

I must take some blame because there weren’t many pictures, which should’ve raised a red flag for me. The good parts were the overall property and the neighborhood. Disappointing parts were the dated furniture, the couch had an unpleasant odor, there weren’t nearly enough towels/washcloths, and two single beds were pushed together instead of having a queen or king sized one. Also, there was a halfway-used bar of soap in the bathroom which was frankly offensive. There is no way I would ever rent from this person again and I feel ripped off on the whole.

Great location and easy check-in process. Overall, a comfortable place and a nice host.
