Ocean View Villa with Amazing Resort Amenities -- just steps from the beach!!!

The beach view was obstructed. Couldn’t see the water. The kitchen had all we needed

Condo is a bit worn, including the linens. But, I thought it was fairly priced and its location right on the beach and access to Hilton Oak amenities were excellent. My kids really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub.

The pictures make the beach view look more prominent. The balcony area was dirty and the beach chairs are old and rusty. The towel rack in the master bath is still broken. The shower liner in the other bathroom is dirty and needs replaced. It’s a decent place, it was small, but it was clean and comfortable for the most part.

Unit itself is in the perfect location- has everything you need- even had beach chairs and toys- we didn’t use as we had brought our own. Property manager very responsive and even came by within a 30min window to help us with the TV. Kitchen pans need to be replaced and the comforters on the beds have seen better days but overall the unit was great and fairly priced. Would stay again.

The place was quiet and safe however the sofa was saggy, the kitchen mat and the sofa pillows were disgusting. The kitchen needed a new skillet. The sinks did not drain very well at all.

The place and location was nice. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The pool is heated so it was great for our 1 year old. Although all places are in perfect condition (and I don’t expect them to be) this one needed some maintenance. One our first night there, thé handle to the toilet in the master bath was so loose you had to push it down and hold it down to thoroughly flush properly. I emailed the caretaker, he told me it could be fixed and I could fix it myself. The floors weren’t mopped either. Either your feet were black on the soles of your feet or your socks were. The next day after the pool, I went to hang my toddler’s swim short on the towel rack above the toilet and it fell apart. I once again emailed the caretaker but the never responded back. So great location but I wouldn’t stay here again.

The unit was clean and the location is awesome, but it is a little worn. There is paint peeling, a broken towel rod in the master bath and the furniture is not really comfortable.

Easy check in and convenient location

Location of this unit was amazing! We had easy access to the beach, pool, and hot tub. Just a short walk to shopping and dining. The unit is in need of some updates though. The pull out couch mattress was stained, an outlet didn't work, and the towel rod was broken. Some of the utensils in the drawer were dirty and clearly not washed. Everything else was very clean during our stay.

Location was clean, had all amenities, and had great access to beach. There was a broken towel rack in master bathroom and some damage to wall in guest bathroom. Living room furniture could be updated, was not very comfortable.

Great location and easy to get to the beach. Very nice, comfortable place. Enjoyed having the pool available to us.

The stay exceeded expectations for a last minute girls trip to the beach. The location was at the beach, hotel pool access was a perk, and an easy 15 min walk down the beach to enjoy offerings at the Coligny Beach center. It was also a 10-15 min drive to the other spots on HHI where we went to kayak for dolphins and parasailing.

We've stayed at this location multiple times and I honestly can't imagine trying another place. The space is comfortable, convenient to everything, and priced reasonably. The hardest part of the decision is what week/month are we going back.

We were extremely happy with our stay and experience. Villa was clean, amenities were excellent and location was great.

This is our second year staying at this property, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We love being so close to the beach and the pool and facility are awesome.

The property is beautiful! The amenities are everything you need. Just a little confusing on where the correct building and elevators are located is a bit confusing. There are two different building for this location. I would just suggest letting vacationers know to go to the building at the far left of the resort and use the elevators that do not require the pass card to access.

Property is clean with newer upgrades and ocean view from the balcony. Easy beach access, nice pool and grilling area, next to the Hilton. Would stay there again.

Everything about this little gem was fantastic except the parking situation. We were tempted to not leave the complex for fear of not finding a space upon our return. We had to circle several times and hope someone was leaving so a space would become available. Otherwise, a perfect stay!

Best part was the access to the beach. Hilton pool and amenities also wonderful. The owners did an excellent job of upgrading an older property with a great master bath shower project and a very nice kitchen renovation. Will use it again.

Check in and check out was easy. The host was very responsive to all my questions. The condo was just as advertised and very clean. The use of the adjacent Hilton property amenities was a great addition. The heated pool and hot tub was necessary so that was awesome to have access to that. The condo is in a great location. It is a 15 min walk to many shops, bars and restaurants.

It was just a quick stay at the beach on Hilton Head. The condo was a great location with a a very short walk to the wide beautiful beach. The place was cute, well furnished and well stocked. It had everything we needed. The only negative was light in the second bedroom. It had missing lightbulbs.

We stayed for four days. Loved the kitchen and the baths, both that looked like they had been updated not too long ago.

The location was perfect. Steps to the beach and very close to Coligny Circle, and public tennis/pickleball courts (faded pickleball lines on tennis courts, bit fine for our family). Unit was clean and comfortable with nice countertop and tile updates, but in serious need of some simple cosmetic fixes -- peeling paint in both bathrooms, peeling paint and dented wall behind chairs and waste basket in the dining area, rusty bathroom waste basket, seriously rusty toilet tissue holder and rusty bathroom light fixture. These cosmetics really cheapened the entire feel of the place despite other obvious updates. Also, I wish we knew the dining area would only accomodate 4 people. (Our own 2 bedroom timeshare in Waterside fits 6 or a snug 8 at the dining table.) We were unable to host our family Christmas dinner as we had planned in advance. No dishwasher detergent was provided. And features in the vrbo description suggested laundry in unit. But I had to dig through the listing once we arrived to see that laundry was coin-operated in the building, not available in the unit. My bad for not looking much closer for laundry options before we reserved this place. But if you just want a small, comfortable place to sleep, that's minutes from the beach, this would fit the bill.

It was okay. Clean, had necessary things. The plumbing didn’t work in one bathroom though and bathroom racks were held on loosely by a rubber band and the oven display was broken

Relaxing and felt like home. Very close to ocean and shared amenities were convenient. Slightly date but comfortable. Good value.

Was looking for a nice place to stay for a quick trip to Hilton Head. This is the second time we have stayed at this location and it is very clean, one minute walk to the beach, and very nice accommodations. I would highly recommend!

We had an amazing week at this beautiful beach condo in Hilton Head Island! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach as well as the amenities available at the Hilton next door, which made it super convenient for our family. The house itself was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The host was incredibly responsive when needed on a few small items. Overall, it was a fantastic vacation spot, and we can't wait to come back! Highly recommend!

Clean, safe, great amenities. Condo was small, we missed having a dryer, but it was a shorter stay. The towel bar was broken in my bathroom, and my kids complained of lighting issues, but I was comfortable, and thought it overall a nice space and convenient to the beach, absolutely loved the warm pool!

Perfect place for me, my wife, and daughter at Hilton Head. The condo was very clean and comfortable. I am a little picky about beds but found the king in the master to be very comfortable. The condo is perfect for three people and would be good for 2 adults and 2 children. The use of the amenities next store was super easy and fantastic to have. The condo also has immediate beach access. The two pools and hot tubs next door are basically on the condo’s property. The pools were heated and very comfortable even with temps in the 70s. The location is incredibly convenient to Coligny plaza.

We loved this location. The condo was very nice and the location and amenities were amazing!

Check in was easy, room smelled stale, mother burned her hand on the stove almost immediately because the oven had been left on form the previous stay. Walls and doors very dusty, light in small bedroom has a short in it so it may or may not work. Small bed coverings are very old. these beds are also super old. Master bedroom lights were unplugged and we had to move the bed to have light in the room. Elevator stopped working second day of our trip and never was fixed before we left- meaning my elderly mother didn't get to enjoy the beach at all. Pool key passes never worked- we had this same issue last year. Rusty and broken decor throughout but the location is amazing.

Exactly as pictured. Great location in Hilton Head. Walk to Coligny restaurants and shops. Pool at the Hilton is the reason we booked and of course right on the beach. A few lightbulbs were out but that's minor.

This is our third year in a row staying here and we're already looking forward to our next visit. We adore the location and appreciate all of the Hilton resort's amenities (pool, fitness center, parking garage). The bedrooms are comfortable; bathrooms are functional; and there's even a couple chairs and an umbrella for time at the beach. This place has everything we need.
