Updated Ocean View studio located on the 5th floor on the North Side of the building. This unit offer a Queen bed and Queen Sleeper Sofa. There is a regular coffeemaker as well as a divider between the bedroom and living area. Unit offers enhanced cable.
This unit is not pet friendly. Saturday-Saturday rentals only during season. Linens include sheets for every bed as well as bath & beach towels for max. occupancy. Renters must supply their own paper products.
Check in is between2 and 5pm. Check out is 10am Sharp! This unit comes with 1 covered parking spot in the garage. If you need more parking, you can purchase a Rehoboth Beach town permit to park in any of the non-metered spots.
Building turns the AC on May 1st and turns it off Oct. 1st.

This was a clean, modern condo with a well-equipped kitchen where everything worked well, and it was also nice to have a dining table with chairs. There was a great ocean view from the living room area as well as the balcony. While we appreciated having access to cable TV, it was an older unit with no instructions provided and it was difficult to use for streaming.

The condo was beautiful and very clean. We were impressed. The location is amazing, great view of the ocean. The only issue was the bed, it is very uncomfortable and actually slants down. My husband and I did not sleep well the entire week. A decent matters would make the condo a 10/10though!!

We had a great week!! the 1 day of rain was the only downfall. the studio had a great view and was very clean and comfortable. Everyone in the complex was very friendly and staff was very helpful as well.

We were extremely pleased with the cleanliness of the condo. It felt like the owners went a little extra with a lot of the furnishings etc., very comfortable and homey. It was perfect for the two of us.
