OUR HOME
Discover the ultimate beachside escape in this elegantly curated ground-floor home. Featuring a seamless blend of comfort and style, this two-bedroom retreat invites you to relax in a living area anchored by a plush, cloud-like sofa and a gigantic 86” flat-screen TV. The heart of the home is a well-equipped kitchen designed for effortless entertaining, whether you're hosting a family dinner or enjoying a quiet morning tea. End your day on the private patio, soaking in the coastal atmosphere and the iconic Mission Beach ocean breeze with a glass of wine.

The primary bedroom features a premium Queen bed and Smart TV. The 2nd bedroom features a Full bed and dedicated workspace. Rounding out this space is a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is a collection of children's games, books and toys, making it a dream space for younger travelers as well. We also have in unit washer/dryer combo. You are welcome to use the washer/dryer in the garage for faster drying.

PARKING
• There is one garage parking space that is available for one mid-sized car about 15 feet/180 inches long and the opening end of the garage door is 6.5 feet/ 78 inches high. This is a SHARED space with the upstairs home occupying the other garage parking spot. There is also an EV charger.
• Additional overnight parking includes street parking as well as nearby public and pay parking lots.

BUILDING FEATURES
Unique 2-unit building, the other home is a 3br/2ba. Our guests have the option to rent both units for a combined 5 bedroom | 3 full bathroom offering that sleeps up to 13 guests with a quick stroll to the ocean!

SHOPPING & DINING! Just steps away is the main street, Mission Blvd., with endless shopping, dining, and entertainment. Our guests are provided with a comprehensive list of recommended local eats and discount codes for rental shops.

WATER ACTIVITIES! If you are looking for something other than boogie boarding and swimming in the ocean, we are located just across the street from Mission Bay and water rentals shops, including jet skiing, wakeboarding, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, and boating.

Enjoy a full day of family fun at Belmont Park located a short 5-minute bike ride or 15-minute walk away, SeaWorld San Diego is a short 5-minute drive, and the world famous San Diego Zoo is located just 15-minutes from our beach home! POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• Guest Requirements | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30 (exceptions made for multigenerational families).
• Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both overnight guests and non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premises without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• Combination Listings | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
