Ocean View - Steps from the Sand - Cottage Unit

I want to make this a once a year vacation gor me and my family.It was that great of a spot.

Great location, just steps from the beach with an ocean view. It was also great have the amenities of a pool, hot tub, and rec area for days you don’t want to go to the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great location and great host. We would definitely stay here again!

What an excellent location! And the grounds of this condo were beautiful and reminded us of Hawaii! We walked to dinner several times as restaurants were very close as well as along the beach. We made breakfast most every morning and the kitchen was fully stocked. We sat on the balcony a lot and enjoyed the view of the ocean. We are on a main drag along the beach and heard lots of cars revving their engine up and down most every night, but that had nothing really to do with how wonderful the condo was. Oh, and the bed was very comfy.

This was a fantastic place to stay for our vacation! This was our second time staying in the complex, and we absolutely love it.**Pros:**The condo was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family and daughter. The kitchen was fully equipped with pots, pans, and dishware, which made meals easy and convenient (although there are many yummy restaurants I highly recommend going to). There were also beach toys and chairs available for use, which was a great bonus. The balcony offered a beautiful ocean view, and it took less than two minutes to walk to the beach and about 10–15 minutes to walk to the pier.The complex itself feels like a resort. The walkways are beautifully landscaped with foliage and lights, creating a relaxing atmosphere. There’s a pond where you can watch and feed the large goldfish, plus a large swimming pool and two spacious Jacuzzis (one adults-only and one family-friendly). The property is very well maintained and always felt safe and welcoming.**Cons:**The mattresses were a bit uncomfortable, especially the Murphy bed, although we’ve found that’s fairly common with many vacation rentals.Because the balcony faces Breakwater Way, there was some road noise from drivers speeding around the corner. However, once the doors and windows were closed, the noise was much less noticeable.

Great place to relax. Host was on top of everything. Will definitely go back.

The property was great. The weather was uncooperative so we weren't able to take full advantage, but the location is ideal.

C6 was great! Much better than the pictures represented. Clean and had absolutely everything we needed. Loved having the Murphy bed and not having to setup the sofa. Our new favorite unit!

Great location for us as we had plans in San Diego and at Disney. North Coast Villa is amazing. Beach is amazing. Condo was warm at night with no working AC and little airflow unless you left screen door open (which was very noisy). I misread the listing and thought washer/dryer was in the condo but instead the complex has several laundry mats on site. Kitchen in the condo was amazing and well stocked. Lots of little things made it feel like home. Great balcony and great view.

Great weekend. Perfect location. Previous reviews discussed road noise. We were prepared but did not bother us and did not notice from the inside. House had everything we needed. We enjoyed the grounds including pool, putting on the greens, gym, and ping pong. Immediate communication with host. We will stay in future.

This place has beautiful grounds. Most units are in 3 story bldgs. The cottages are the best, on the perimeter of the property, 5 minute walk to boardwalk and sand.

We were in town for an extended weekend. This property was in a great location to explore the beach and downtown. Small but suitable for 2 adults and 2 teens. Great views from the balcony.
