Reviewer Comments: We had such a great vacation at New Smyrna Beach this year we stayed 29 days it was wonderful. The beach is just right down the deck steps. It’s the biggest beach around very good for walking, playing ball. The condo was great has nice kitchen and living room and two great bedrooms and baths. We rent it every summer for a month or longer.

The furniture in 517 is out dated. the refrigerator is rusty, the TV in living room is missing the Westinghouse remote.drawers in bedroom furniture stick when opening and almost fall on the floor.
