Watch the sun set into the Pacific from the balcony, Master Bedroom, Living Room and Kitchen. Completely remodeled with high end appliances and furnishings. One block to Pannikin and Starbucks, two blocks to the Farmers Market and an easy walk to the incredible restaurants, shopping and everything La Jolla Village hasto offer. Gourmet kitchen with quartz counter tops, stainless steel refrigerator, five burner gas stove, dishwasher and built-in microwave. Master bedroom features a California king Sleep Number bed and a large walk-in closet. Master bath has enclosed separate water closet, large granite and glass shower and separate extra-large soaking tub with overhead skylight. The dual sink vanity also has a quartz counter-top. Second bedroom has queen size bed and ample storage with full bathroom. Built-in office off of the kitchen. Large front loading, side by side LG washer and dryer with steam feature. Living room includes a gas fireplace and 65” flat screen TV with Blu-Ray and built-in bookshelves. Bedrooms have plush carpeting while the living areas have wood plank look Italian tile. There are numerous skylights throughout. For those nice days, in other words over 300 days per year, the balcony has ample room for four to eat and includes a Weber gas Bar-B-Que. Included are two underground, gated parking spaces with extra storage and an elevator right to your front door.

    It was a great unit. All the conveniences of home. Well stocked kitchen, great TV, close to the elevator for groceries, etc. It had make up mirror, bath salts, wonderful throws, great appliances. It is walkable to everyone in the village.

    We spent a wonderful month in this very attractive rental. Neighbors were extremely friendly and owner David was very responsive to questions. Location could not be better: quiet neighborhood, very walkable to coffee, restaurants, the water, even Von's. A wonderful Sunday open market is nearby. Though there is garage parking we often were able to park on the street. Highly recommended!

    We spent 3 months and wished it could have been much more. The location allows walking to everything in La Jolla. The furnishings were the best we have had in several years of renting, especially the sleep number bed. The parking in the underground garage was right next to the elevator which goes right outside the front door of the condo. Walk every morning to Pannikens for coffee and local color. On Sunday do not miss the farmers market 2 blocks away. Sunset from the balcony should not be missed. all in all a great place.

    Our first home we shared together as newlyweds. It was an unbelievable experience living here on Pearl St. we enjoyed cooking together in the beautiful kitchen, figuring out which number each of us were in the sleep number( the most comfortable bed in the universe!). BBQing on the porch, beach runs, walking down to the shops, Sunday farmers market, getting locally raised meat at the meat market close by, walking to the yoga studio to catch a class... We did it all. everything is within walking distance - we LOVED that. the house is so wonderfully decorated and provided us such a nice atmosphere. Thank you Dave and Kathleen for everything! P.S. You have our contact if the Reds are in town and you would like to catch a game.

    We stayed for three unforgettable months there, The unit, location, homeowners, neighbourhood couldn't be better. Everthing was so perfect it was soooo difficult to leave. Thanks a lot to David and Kathleen they took care of everything we need so quickly.
