Ocean View Condo with Beach Access, Resort Pools, Fitness Center

Gorgeous view. Comfortable seating. Well stocked kitchen. Negatives: shower door does t work well in master bathroom. It was exceptionally cold but for some reason the heat didn’t get over 71 the first 2 nights. Then somehow it got better. Lived it and would return.

Beautiful location right on the beach. Condo was roomy and nicely decorated with everything that we needed for our stay. We would suggest that there be some instructions for the use of the tv in the condo. Also, suggest that the sliding doors to the balcony need some attention. The door was very difficult to slide.

The positive: This condo is well located on Cinnamon Beach in the private Hammock Beach community. Because of its 2nd floor location, you can’t actually see the beach but you can hear the waves crashing and see the ocean in the distance. The view is great and the patio is pleasant to sit on. The kitchen is well equipped and the unit is spacious. The negative: It smelled … not a sharp smell from something like garbage that was left behind, but perhaps worse, it had a constant sour smell that seems to come from soft furniture and area rugs who’s good days are well behind them. And many annoying maintenance issues need addressed - for example, the sliding door to the patio sticks so bad that my wife couldn’t open it. Oh, and there’s no operable lock on that door either, so you have to get a plastic pvc pipe in and out of the track to lock/unlock the door which looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years (it’s a gross process). There were multiple other issues like this .. none of which make the unit unusable, but each of which adds up to a negative experience.

We had a great time! Place was big and clean and had what we needed. We will definitley be back.

The pros: This is a very spacious condo with a great layout. When you first enter, there is a small hallway to the left that has a bedroom, full bath, and laundry room. As you enter the main space of the condo, the kids bedroom is to the right before you enter the kitchen. The main bedroom is near the balcony just off of the living area. The first floor of the facility is garage parking, and the condo is on the second floor. It is in a very nice community. We walked down to the clubhouse area one evening. We didn't end up using those facilities, but definitely would have if the weather had been a little nicer. The cons: There was barely any hot water. If you took more than a 5 minute shower, you were flirting with rinsing off in ice cold water. The ladies in my party would have to turn the water off mid-shower if they were shaving or washing their hair. You definitely had to plan showering around this so that everyone could have a warm shower. The door lock gave us issues from the very beginning. Some of the numbers on the keypad were worn beyond use. This led to the worst part of our trip... We had to call the property management company to send out maintenance. The maintenance guy was incredibly rude, and ended up threatening my elderly mother-in-law. One of the worst VRBO experiences I've ever encountered. The property management company did offer an acceptable resolution, but the experience was still very off-putting.

This condo was everything that was promised! Beautiful location and amenities. The layout of the condo was perfect for multiple families. We enjoyed the covered patio. Great beach access!

We loved our stay at this beautiful property. It was all it was advertised to be and more. Great amenities and very home like feeling. Would definitely stay again.

Great location for weekend trip. Really nice condo, beautiful view of ocean. We did not need much more than the coffee maker but it had everything we needed.

Our small group, 4 adults and 3 kids, really enjoyed our stay. It was open and breezy and we especially enjoyed the patio.
