Ocean-view condo with beach access, pool, sports courts, & private balcony

We wanted a quick trip to the beach with the grandkids and this place worked out great. The condo is a little dated and the king size bed was lumpy and squeaky but overall it was sufficient.

Pools could be pretty crowded but if your kids are outgoing, they will love that. Small condo and layout of building is confusing but great amenities!

The place was filthy and appeared it had not been cleaned in a long time. If pics were allowed I would post them. We didn't trust anything after seeing how nasty it was and even went out for coffee...... The layout is also awkward and if you are claustrophobic very uncomfortable. Also, had the paper wrap around the toilet but could tell it wasn't clean as there was a public hair and urine involved. I would not recommend this place unless it absolutely your last choice. That being said, what was not comfortable to me may be awesome to you....

The room was clean, well supplied, great view of ocean, alit of extra amenities.

We stayed at A Place At the Beach for 3 nights with grandkids. Check in at Vacasa was easy and pleasant. When we checked in at the property we got our wristbands for the activities but never received the packet. The unit was clean, but dated. The bed in the main bedroom was lumpy and squeaky, but OK for a couple of nights. We never figured out how to get the TV to work, but that information might have been in the missing packet. The weather was a little cool, so the grands enjoyed the indoor pool. The basketball court was a hit with the oldest one. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and we would do it again.

The beds need replaced you can fill the springs. The Tvs are small and balcony is small and if you go off season thier is no hot tub nor pool. Kitchen was stocked and very efficent. Beach access was nice but not a place to take kids on the off season. Found peanuts on the floor from the last stay.

We love A Place At The Beach and Vacasa makes everything easy, however this year we were just a little disappointed in our choice of condo. There were clothes left behind and some places you can tell weren’t cleaned great, mainly vacuuming. The carpet just seemed gross. We found hairballs and trinkets on the floor. There was a drawer missing in the kitchen. Again overall great trip but will make sure not to stay in this certain condo next time.
