Stayed Mar 1, 2022A wonderful property that exceeded everything promised. Very comfortable and excellently equipped. Beachplace offers a large pool and the best supply of beachchairs on Longboat Key. I am reluctant to extol its virtues to much as I want to return again and it’s already reserved for March 2023! P& J

Stayed Jan 16, 2021I have rented over 20 places through various companies over the past 15 years or so and this location is at the top of the list in terms of ambiance, amenities and how well the condo is equipped. For a longer stay, Abbey has provided nearly all the kitchen equipment you would need to cook and has included a wide variety of glassware and table service. Frett towels are a nice touch. The unit is elegantly simple and not overly decorated- clean lines and coordinated colors and furniture. Abbey was exceptionally responsive to the few questions I had and her communication about leaving the condo was timely and concise. I look forward to renting again soon!

Stayed Nov 28, 2020This recently updated unit has everything you might need including a great location. The complex pool and beaches are top notch and the south longboat location makes it easy to go into the circle or Sarasota. Highly recommend.
