This minimalistic home is something to remember the world by.

From the corridor-like kitchen with its marble countertops and wooden cabinets, wicker seats on the barstools and chromed appliances, to the round table for six at the diner, dressed in wonderful fabrics and riveted by iron nails. From there, the beige suede of the living room couches creates a magnificent sight of wonder and awe, where the soft fabrics blend into the wall and into the paradise beyond. The stone plank on the coffee table and the large entertainment center and TV set can only enhance the beauty of this wonderful place.
In the deck, subtle fitments on glass tops and wicker bodies overlook the sandy desert beach and the thundering sound of the waves as they crash into the white shore. Steely blues shine on the ocean, and turquoise blues on the sky, rendering this sublime place into a state of perpetual un-realness.

Within the master bedroom, white linens shine bright against the soft curvatures of the iron rod headrest, and the soft colors of the nightstands on each side. A single couch in the corner and a drawer set serving as a part-time entertainment center add the only decoration required. The drapes open to reveal paradise and a private deck perfect for moonlit diners and starry nights. The private master bath offers twin sinks in marble countertops and marble tiles surrounding the world in beauty and light.

Within the second master bedroom, the queen sized bed is enlarged by the long wooden headrest, with its wonderful strips of different colored woods blending into perfection. Once again, the only decoration relies on the headrests, fitments, and a single alabaster sun that orbits in the wall. In the bathroom, a tub has been incrusted into a marble stand, and the shower is covered by stone tiles that reminisce of a wonderful grotto in the wilderness.

In the third bedroom, purple linens and fantastical decorations within the fabrics create a magical experience on their own. Two nightstands hold lamps, fairy-like guardians in this land of dreams. A wooden octagon holds a mirror in the wall, and a single chair next to the drawer set is all within this beautiful room.

This condo being advertised is not like the pictures posted the condo being rented 304f is facing the construction side! your view is an unfinished building. Overall the property is nice although we were without hot water for 2.5 days. Other than that transportation was good and the boat ride inland was awesome I would recommend booking different buildings A-D better view

We’ve been to this property multiple times and never had to deal with an insect biting infestation problem like the one we encountered on this trip. There are no repellents that work on these Jejene bugs. We have PAINFUL scaring welts all over our face, neck and body. At dusk they swarm the pool and the dock area. The nearly invisible bugs ate us alive at night while we slept. These bugs cause large PAINFUL welts to appear after they bite you. We spoke to the property management and they were dismissive about the problem. We also spoke the condo manager and we received the same dismissive attitude. We should have been warned about this major issue. All the workers there covered from head to toe for protection. At the pool, I saw almost all guest showing the same type of bites my family and I have. We were told they had just fumigated; clearly it had no effect on these bugs. This bug issue is not occurring on La Paz mainland because they do not have the same plant growth surrounding this resort. La Paz is a beautiful place to vacation. I highly recommend visiting with your family but I’d stay away from this resort until they handle their infestation.

This was a great option for our family of 5 while visiting La Paz. Our rental was spacious - 3 primary suites living room, kitchen, laundry. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub and the easy access to the beach and volleyball nets. You can check out a volleyball from the tienda on site, but the kayaks have to be rented. Taking the ferry to and from the resort was not overly onerous, but we did have to keep an eye on the ferry schedule.

Host was very responsive. Condo was huge, could easily handle 3 couples. But renting a car was our mistake. It was a detriment. Skip car rental and enjoy the ferry instead.

If you like solitude this unit in building F is ideal as it looks out to ocean for added privacy. The other buildings are situated in a horseshoe configuration so you will be looking at pool and other units as well. Unfortunately the heater in pool was not working so we didn’t get chance use. Beware as your access to this location is limited in most part to boat ferry or a very bumpy and more bumpy 40 minute car ride. Initially we didn’t know where ferry location was and drove instead : (. If using ferry of which 95% of the inhabitants do, you’ll need to take taxi to grocery market and load bags on ferry which will be met by shuttle buses to haul you and your groceries to your unit. Dining at resort is limited to pool area dining which was open 5 days a week and golf resort so take that into consideration. Overall nice stay and unit was far to big for only 2 people but was worth it to us for privacy and solitude. Beach was endless and fairly level deal for walking compared to Cabo or SAN Jose Del Cabo which is on the steeper side! Unit was clean but showing its age and host and hostesses easily accessible. Overall we enjoyed the experience just not sure whether we will be back?

The property is a bit dated, it needs a refresh some new utensils and fixtures. But it does have higher end finishes and I would consider is a four star resort. The location is removed from the main parts of La Paz, the ferry ride is easy, fast, runs every 30 minutes and always runs on time, not a big deal if you're just heading into the city for a few hours, but if you are just running out for milk and eggs it's a 2-hour commitment back and forth, there is no store or basics available at the property. Overall is quiet, and secluded, with a nice pool and hot tubs. It was good value for the cost.

Condo was very nice. It was clean and well appointed with kitchen utensils, beach towels, laundry facilities. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. If I had to fault one thing, it doesn’t get the morning sun on the balcony so it can be cool out there in the morning if that’s were you like to have coffee. But that a pretty minor thing. Overall it was a great experience
