Ocean view budget-friendly, quiet condos w/pool & sundeck in family-friendly community

We enjoyed our stay. Great location in Cherry Grove. The kitchen and floors have been updated and are very nice. It was great having an ocean view from the master bed. Now we thought oceanfront meant the front of the building, not the side. The balcony has a table and four chairs that we used everyday. The balcony is not ocean front, but on the side of the building. Easy to get to know the neighbors as they walk by. When a building gets built next door the view is going to be dramatically reduced.The bathroom toilets and counters are very very low. Same with showers. I used outdoor because the showers were way too short for me. If tall, big or old keep this is mind.Something else to keep in mind, there are no luggage carts, so you get to carry everything up and down.Unfortunately for our stay, the wifi did not work. I called the first day and was told I would be called back. The next day I emailed them since they didn’t call back. Called again and same response and same to messages. Someone finally got a repair person who was great and fixed the problem on day 6! Not very encouraging if there is a problem.

Definitely will be back

Over all we had a wonderful family vacation. The weather was a bit cooler than we anticipated and while the property did have a pool, it was not heated nor was there a hot tub. Other than that, this was the perfect vacation stay for my spouse and 3 kids and I. We would recommend this place to friends and family and hope to come back and visit again soon!

This condo is right beside beach access. The pool is not over crowded. Close to the grocery store. About 30 mins from down town myrtle beach. My kids loved it. The appliances could be updated. The TV was broke. Overall the condo served it purposes. It was clean easy check in and check out. Though updating to a keyless entry would be nice it was a pain searching for the key in all our beach stuff every time we needed to come in. The on-site laundry is right outside this condo. Gorgeous view of the beach from the balcony. Can see the pool from the kitchen if you have older kids that may be down there alone. This property also has an elevator which helps bringing everything up and down from the condo.

The place is outdated. Fridge has rust all over it, TV in living room didn’t work. We had to take the covering from the 2nd bedroom to cover the sliding door in the master bedroom because over half of the blind panels were missing...shower in master bedroom has no water pressure to it whatsoever, the pool area did not have any lounge chairs to lay out on....very noisy with being right by the stairs that people frequently used.....for the $$ I paid for 3 nights I could have went up the street and found a better cheaper place to stay. I would not recommend to anyone else and will not be returning.
