Very roomy and clean house just steps from the beach. Perfect for families.

This is our third time staying at Angela‘s. She is great to work with even checked on us to make sure that we made it to her beach house safely place like always is clean and well taken care of and a great location location.

This property was perfect for us (6 adults). It was was clean, spacious and had a 2 car garage that we got to use exclusively. It is steps to the boardwalk and near Belmont Park. Angela kept in contact and was available during our stay. We've been coming to Mission beach for at least 20 years, and I think this has been our favorite place to stay.

Overall good, could have been a little cleaner and beach chairs a higher quality. Start off supplies were plentiful and Angela was easy to contact. Location, location, location!! Tremendous!! Definitely upper unita must with Labor Day heat.

Loved it, location, apartment met all of our needs. Weather was perfect.

Had a blast. Was able to spend time with family and surprise my wife for our 25th anniversary. Loved the place and the location. Everything we needed was available. So much fun and this place is tops of the list for our next visit here. Thanks to Angela for having this place available and being a great host.

Wonderful property! Perfect location; just 10 steps to Mission Beach and about 50 steps to Bay. Family enjoyed every minute!

This place is great!! We will be back. The location is right on the beach! The place is very comfortable and beautiful. She had a ton of stuff for us to take to the beach, which was so nice! The kids LOVED it!!

We had such an amazing stay at this property in mission beach! The location was perfect and just steps away from the sand and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Angela, the owner was very kind and made sure we felt right at home! We will definitely be back!

Great location and good layout for family of 5. Nice to have a garage and so easy to access Mission Beach and Belmont Park.

Perfect spot to bring my family! 3 kids - 4,8,10. Angela has lots of breath toys, boards, chairs and towels so we don’t have to bring anything bulky to enjoy our stay! The beach was a very short walk and lots to do walking distance. Angela was quickly to reply when I had a question. We had the perfect week on the beach!

The rental was perfect for our family's to visit San Diego. It was clean and comfortable. It was steps from the beach. The unit was well equiped and nicely updated. The owner was very responsive to messages. We would love to stay there again the next time we visit San Diego.

Perfect beach house for our family of 6 PLUS 2 grandparents. The 3 bedrooms allowed the 2 adult couples to have their own bedrooms and the 4 children were able to use the room with a twin over full bunk and a nice thick foam fold up mat. The location is just perfect to easily walk to the beach, Mission Bay/MB Park, Belmont Park, and a variety of very good (and varied) restaurants. We enjoyed all the beach toys and made use of the washer/dryer nearly every day. Would most definitely return here if we find ourselves in San Diego again.

In town for a family wedding. Stayed with my wife, mom and 2 daughters. Great location short walk to ocean, boardwalk, restaurants. Nice clean place with everything you need. Easy check in, check out.

Great location to the beach and access to seaworld, etc.

My family and I spent 4 days at this adorable house. The location is great- food, beach, entertainment are all within walking distance. The host was an excellent communicator which always makes a stay more pleasant. The house was well stocked and comfortable. We plan to book again.

Having the ability to step on to the deck and see and hear the ocean was the best part of this property. Also, we were in walking distance to many shops, restaurants and Belmont Park!

This house is in a very nice location, you can sit on the deck and look at the ocean :) We stayed for a 4 night visit and were very pleased with the house and amenities. The host was proactive and responsive. For a busy area we were pleased with how quiet the area was most of the time. We have stayed in Mission Beach multiple times and this location was the best. We enjoyed the close proximity to the boardwalk and beach. We took the owners Suggestions for many of the food choices and were not disappointed!

We absolutely loved staying here and will definitely be back! It’s close to everything you would want and is perfectly equipped with everything you’d need. Five stars!

We loved this house. It was enough space for a family of 5 with 3 kids. The location was awesome with it being just steps to the beach. It was stocked with everything we would need for cooking or to take to the beach with us. Angela was easy to communicate with and was fast to get back to me if I had questions. I will say it did get very hot in the 2 non mater bedrooms even with the windows open and fans on. More fans would be helpful. It did cool down but it was much later at night before it did. Also the WiFi was in and out but Overall great place to stay. We would stay again. Thank you so much

From the beginning, communication with the owner was excellent. The location is awesome: just steps to the beach. The apartment has everything needed for a stay; beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys are also provided. This is a great place especially when you have smaller children. Our grandkids LOVED LOVED LOVED their Labor Day vacation.

Great property, value and stay on Mission Beach. Location is perfect, availability of beach supplies was ideal and owner prompt and helpful. We would go back!
