The living room has plenty of seating where you can sit back and relax with your loved ones while watching a movie on the 60-inch flat screen TV with surround sound.

If you're looking for a great night's sleep, the master bedroom as well as the second bedroom both feature new pillow top California King beds with fine quality linens and blackout shades. The master bedroom also has a sitting area with a 50-inch flat screen TV and a surround sound system.

Whatever the temperature is outside, you'll be nice and cool inside thanks to the central air conditioning, or warm and toasty due to the central heating.

As wonderful as the rental is, you'll love getting out and enjoying Carlsbad, and there is certainly a lot to see and do even within walking distance. Take a five-minute walk or bike ride down quiet streets to get to the beach where you can go swimming or just stick your feet in the sand and relax all your worries away. Everything you need for fun in the sun is in the garage where you’ll find beach chairs, bicycles, boogie boards, and toys. You won't have to worry about entering the house all sandy as there's a warm water shower in the backyard of the house.

Not up for cooking when you return There are several eateries that are within a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive where you can get some delicious food and drinks. If you would rather cook in the comfort of your beautiful kitchen, you can either head to the local supermarket or have the groceries delivered to you. Whether you dine indoors or out at this vacation rental, you'll be privy to some spectacular views.

When you want to explore beyond Carlsbad, a 10-minute drive on the Interstate will take you to Legoland, Four Seasons Aviara Golf Course, and La Costa Resort and Spa. Within an hour you'll be able to get to Sea World, Del Mar Racetrack, San Diego Wild Animal Park, casinos, Disney, Knottsberry Farm, and more.

We care about the safety of you and your guests, and as such, this duplex is not suitable for children as it is upstairs and has a balcony.

HOUSE POLICIES
Check in is 4 pm.  Check Out is 11 am.
-      Only the confirmed number of guests are allowed on the property.  We do not allow parties on the property.  This includes weddings or receptions.
-          Be considerate to your new neighbors! Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, during which time the noise from the home shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.  Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.           Your new neighbors are intolerant of noise and will call the Police if you have parties or make loud noises. If the Police are called we may lose our permit to do vacation rentals; you will be immediately evicted, will lose your damage deposit, and may be held liable for consequential damages.
-      Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries is prohibited.
-      Vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area which is noted in your welcome book in the unit
-          All units come equipped with high speed wireless Internet Access.
-          Please observe our policy of removing your shoes before entering in order to preserve our beautiful floors.
-          Clean any spills up immediately.  
-          Do not sit on furniture in wet swimsuits or with suntan oil on.
-          Wash all sand off before entering the building using the showers outside.
-          Turn off all AC units, lights and fans while out to conserve energy.
-          No Smoking in the unit or within 20 ft of the building.
-          All units have a Trash bin and recycling bin. 
-           Follow these Checkout Procedures to Avoid any Extra charges or loss of deposit. 
-           NO PETS ON PROPERTY
