Our unit is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo on the 5th floor in the popular Sea Colony Resort in the Georgetown House with a newly remodeled kitchen for the 2023 rental season. It is a SUNDAY TO SUNDAY RENTAL (check-in at 3 and out by 10 am), which we have found to be much easier to get in and out than a Saturday to Saturday rental. Stayed Jul 20, 2025This was our second stay here. Communication with the owners was great. The condo was perfect for our family! Kitchen had everything we needed. Location was close to the pool and beach entrance Beautiful view from the balcony to watch the sunrise.

Stayed Aug 14, 2024We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is in a great location right on Bethany Beach with an ocean view. It is close to pools, tennis, shopping and restaurants. The kitchen has been nicely redone and has everything we needed. We also appreciated having access to beach chairs in the owners' locker. We highly recommend it.
