This top-floor, 3-bedroom, 2 ½-bath condo is designed for relaxation, featuring beautiful coastal decor, comfortable furnishings, and a front-row seat to the ocean from your private balcony. Whether you are sipping your morning coffee or unwinding after a day at the beach, that salty air and ocean view are exactly what the doctor ordered.

• Living & Dining: The spacious living area features a 50 flat-screen TV, a pull-out sofa, and double French doors leading to the balcony. The dining table seats 6, with additional seating for 3 at the granite bar.

• Fully Appointed Kitchen: Equipped with all modern appliances and beautiful granite countertops for all your cooking needs.

• Rest & Relax:

• Master Suite: King bed, 32 flat-screen TV, and private balcony access. The ensuite bath features a separate Jacuzzi tub and a walk-in shower.

• Bedroom 2: Queen bed.

• Bedroom 3: Twin beds, perfect for the kids.

• Convenience: We feature bamboo and tile flooring throughout, plus a dedicated laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer.

• House Rules: This is a non-smoking, pet-free property. Renters must be 25 years of age or older.

• Local Hosts: This is our second home, and since we live just minutes away, we are always just a phone call away if you need anything at all.

    Nice place, big balcony. Walk to beach The problems are that no one advised us that the elevator does not work, and that you have no control of the a/c. The temp is set and doesn't change even when you think you turned it down.

    Great space! 3 bedrooms within 2 minutes of walking distance to the beach! Awesome view from the balcony! Pool and hot tub courtyard area is great for the kids! Closes at 9pm, which keeps the area quiet at night. Tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance too!

    Location is great. But floors were dirty, air conditioner was not working correctly. Main bathroom toilet did not flush correctly. Not enough towels and wash rags to accommodate.

    We had a wonderful stay on Tybee Island. The property was lovely, it was close to shops and restaurants, and a quick drive to Savannah. Highly recommend.

    Beautiful and well-kept condo that was supplied to perfection. The patio was nice for viewing the ocean and relaxing. I would definitely come back here and would recommend to others!

    Loved Staying here. 1 block from the beach and 1 block from shops and restaurants. We had a fantastic time here. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to unwind and enjoy the beach. Also just a short ride into to the beautiful city of Savannah.

    This condo is in a great location! It's walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars & shopping. Everything was clean & well kept. The only thing that was a disappointment was not having a luggage cart to carry all our stuff up to the 3rd floor.

    Family vacation with our 3 young adult sons. Place was very clean, bigger than it looks in pictures, and right across the street from the beach. Walkable to several bars, restaurants, & gift shops. Would definitely stay here again.

    Easy walk to the beach. Loved that we were not in the middle of the busy area but a block away. We needed some cleaning done and help with the tv but the owner was responsive.

    The owners were very responsive. It was so nice having the elevator that opens up to your front door. With kids at the beach, the less stairs you have to deal with the better, and this was perfect.
