Quiet Beachfront property with excellent amenities and family friendly

My family had a very good experience in this place,my kids loved their room, the place is clean and we got everything we needed in the kitchen, the host was very helpful.

A great stay in a clean condo just steps from the beach.

Incredible unit!

This unit is well loved by the owners. It is comfy and cozy and is the really clean. The Unit is so well stocked to make your visit enjoyable. One of the best places we have stayed. The property owner is very responsive and even notified us know that we could check in early which was a blessing to us.

The condo was beautifully decorated and had plenty of room! It was equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect. We just walked out to the beach. The owner was quick to respond to all my questions and made everything easy. I would highly recommend!

We had a great time in Hilton Head Island. The condo was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The check in process was seamless and the host was very accommodating. She even messaged to let me know that early check in was available for our stay. We would stay again.

Great setup. It is a short walk to the beach—lots of beach gear was provided (wagon, boogie boards, chairs, sand toys, beach towels, etc.). Host was great communicating especially about early check in that became available. Kitchen had a good stock of plates, utensils, pots, pans, and appliances. Our family would definitely consider staying here again. Only negative for our stay was that the showers and hoses to wash off from the beach were all unavailable. This is nothing against the host, but did make our stay a little less desirable.

Although the building is dated and needs a little TLC, the condo property itself is well maintained and very clean. The location is within a very short walking distance of the beach and the host provided many extras for our beach enjoyment, such as beach chairs, towels, toys, and an umbrella. The host also provided plenty of supplies for our week's stay, including paper products, K-cups, water bottles, dishwasher and dish soap, and a nice selection of kitchen staples (spices, cooking oils, and condiments). It was nice not to need to worry about these items. Thank you for the use of your beautiful condo for our spring break get-away!

Nice place to stay with Partial Ocean View and beach, very clean with all Amenities.

The room was clean and exactly like advertised. Very clean and cozy. Very short walk to the beach where you can see the sunrise every morning.

The condo was wonderful! The location is great- one of the closest buildings to beach access. There were so many thoughtful details like flashlights for beach walks, snacks, beach toys/chairs/wagon, a few kids books, etc. Our kids were obsessed with the “fancy shower”. We had a wonderful stay. This was one of the best valued VRBOs I’ve ever stayed at!

We really enjoyed our stay!! The condo had everything we needed to head to the beach. The owner was very communicative and easy to reach. It was so nice being so close to the beach, it made sunrise and sunset walks seem less. The kids absolutely loved their stay! We will definitely use this rental again!

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay here. Beach access was easy and convenient. The property was clean and easy to get to. The condo itself was lovely, clean, modern, and provided anything that we needed. I would recommend this stay.

The condo is everything that it is advertised to be. It is exceptionally clean and has a great location, with just a short walk to the beach and it has everything you will need for a relaxing vacation. The owners have thought of everything to make the stay more comfortable. Beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, wagon and they even have the nicest coffee bar area setup!

We stayed 8 nights here and had an amazing vacation. The condo was perfect for our family of 5, it was clean and well stocked, there were so many extras provided which took the stress out of packing for a week at the beach. The resort was amazing as well, there were so many activities, pools were great, beach was great, and the onsite restaurants were reasonably priced and food and drinks were great. 10/10 would stay here again.

Comfortable, beautifully decorated and well stocked kitchen. We really enjoyed the accommodations!

Easy beach walk. High end primary bathroom shower with many, many jets.Very safe. Well stocked, including a coffee bar with filters. Games, books, and even plastic cups and plates for little ones. Lots of beach toys and even a beach wagon.Very nice towels and beach towels provided. Laundry is not in the unit but very convenient right next to the elevator. Large complex but not crowded, even has a game room and two restaurants on site.I look forward to going back and staying again.I forgot to tell the owner that the children's room was warm and perhaps someone had closed the vent. When you stay there, just check that AC vent, the kids woke up sweating.

This property was perfect. We had a great time. The owner took care to leave a lot of little extras to make our stay very easy.

We were sick of the grey skies and cold rainy days of the North and wanted some fun in the sun during our kids spring break. We wanted someplace with beautiful sandy beaches, but also some other activities to keep us entertained. While not breaking the bank either.This place delivered. The condo was beautiful and clean. The beach was lovely white sand and literally a short walk from the condo. They had drop-in Pickleball in the morning on the courts, also within walking distance of the condo. Bike rentals, and lots of activities at the main office area. Within a short drive of the resort was tons of beautiful parks, some disc golf courses my husband and son enjoyed and soooo many delicious restaurants. Hilton Head area and this condo was a great vacation spot. Highly recommend and plan to go again. We have tried Myrtle Beach and Virginia Beach and they were nice but Hilton Head surpassed them both. Highly recommend!

Had excellent communication and Sherri was so easy to work with. I love being so close to the water and they had all the supplies we could dream of for going to the beach. Made everything super relaxed and easy. Will stay again!! Thank you!!!

We came for sun, sand, and relaxing beach vibes. This place delivered on all of our needs for a fun beach vacation. The wagon full of beach gear was perfect!

The condo was perfect for a family of 4! It was well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay and the beach!! Pickleball was a favorite, daily event! The place was incredibly clean and cozy! We would for sure stay again! Thanks, Sherry for everything!

The resort was perfect for our vacation. It was super-easy to access the beach, the pools were great, and parking was easy. The resort was in great shape, everything was very clean (which can be difficult for a beach resort).

Awesome place. Clean and organized. Pickleball courts, beach, bike rental all right there. Would gladly stay here again.

Sherry was a great host! Excellent communication and had more than the minimums for supplies (she had water, coffee and some condiments). Also had some snacks for the kids that they enjoyed! The only negative is that the condos are starting to show some age- hopefully they will update to keep this place great! Would love for pools to be heated and a hot tub- but I know it doesn’t get cold for very long, lol! Not a deal breaker but no laundry in the condo- have to pay down the hall. We made sure to bring enough clothes and we did end up just taking all of our laundry home. They had tons of Pickleball courts and it was very busy, but we didn’t get a chance to use them. We liked the Sports Bar on site and we could walk to it- watch the Buckeyes play in the Rose Bowl and get revenge on the Ducks! Most of all - we LOVED how we could walk to the beach in 2 minutes!

Everything you need and then some is provided for a comfortable, successful stay. The decor is very “beachy”. It felt like we were visiting a favorite aunt. The condo owner and condo staff at the complex were responsive and friendly.

Sherry Ann husband were excellent hosts. They were very friendly and personable. Communication was excellent. We had 2 tv that was not working and Ed came the very next day and actually replaced it with a new tv. The unit was well stocked with staples and pantry items. The beds were comfortable even for my 6’6” brother. We had easy access to the boardwalk to the beach and beach toys including towels. We had no complaints and would definitely stay again!!!

Sweet condo with good location and attentive host.

We loved staying at this condo! The property was well maintained and very clean. The host was very quick to communicate and we had everything we could possibly need as well as all the comforts of home such as cooking oil, spices, and condiments. There were also kids cups and plates and even beach necessities like chairs and toys. Very quick walk to the beach and the pools were great! Would definitely stay here again. :)

Good location and clean condo. The only downside was no cable to watch football and the mattresses were bad.
