Ocean view 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse. Nicely upgraded!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great! But the condo wasn't the cleanest. The couch and loveseat were very dirty and the the couch was broken. You would not even be able to use the pull out bed if needed. Not even comfortable to sit on. Furniture definitely needs to be replaced. AC worked great downstairs but it stayed very warm upstairs. The dryer would not stay on so we had to hang dry towels after washing.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived March 1st for 2 months and learned we had no air conditioning and the dryer did not work. We paid almost $8,000 for these two months and told we had air and laundry also, so we packed accordingly. It took 6 weeks to get the air on and about the same for the dryer, therefore my vacation was go to the laundromat and not sleep comfortably without having air. Quite dissapointed as we have been coming to Summerhouse fo r quite a few years. we were reimbursed a small amount of money for the laundry part but, as promised, we would be reimbursed for not having air.Well, we left on April 30th and my husband called a few weeks later to inquire of the reimbursement and left a message, haven't heard a thing since. I guess its our loss!

The staff is friendly and helpful with any needs. The property is spotlessly clean...the pools and surrounding areas are always perfectly kept. Beach access is safe and easy and the view of the ocean from our balcony is lovely! Thank you, Summerhouse, for maintaining a perfect home away from home for us!
