Excellent location, near a lot of good restaurants, Fort Macon, Beaufort. Beach was a little further than we expected but still close.

The property was well kept with easy access to the beach. The swimming pool (the 2ft kiddy pool included) on the property was a huge hit for my little ones when we weren’t on the beach. Unit was clean and comfortable for my family of 5. Would love to stay again if given the opportunity.

Thanks for the memories! We didn't think we would use the pool but it was great for breaks from the ocean.

Overall, we had a good time. Great location and also available was was beach chairs and toys for kids. I would stay here again.

Stayed a few days for the annual BIG ROCKConvenient location, spacious, and clean.Only negative is there are lots of stairs so difficult for us older travelers.

Beach was a few steps away and pool was huge!!! Had a decent view of the beach and accommodations were very nice

The property was clean, but it is an older property. The owner stated that in her description of the property, so that was not a surprise! We had a godd view of the ocean, and while sitting on the balcony we were able to hear the ocean...very soothing! The location was very good...very close to Fort Macon, close access to the beach and also the pool. Close to restaurants. We were using this property for a Sister's Getaway, and it suited us well!

Air condition did not work, remotes for bed room televisions didnt work either. Property manager stayed in contact. The condo was nice besides the other issues we had a good time.

I travel in hotels and short term stays about 15-20 nights a year.... not a jaded road warrior, but not someone with unrealistically high expectations either. The location was exactly as described, and the unit was pretty much as described.... The outside areas were recently renovated, in very good shape in the hallways and balcony. A bit surprised to find an old school drip coffee maker instead of the usual K cup machine, but not an issue. The furniture was functional but worn... Everything was slip covered or wear/tear holes on the fabric... The couch was extremely soft, I sank about half way to the floor when I sat, could definitely use better support. After sitting there once, I spent the rest of the trip using the arm chair which had better support. The bed... we slept in the presumed master BR... was one of the worst I have experienced. Soft, but not in a good way, this was soft in a way that I perceive indicates very low quality.... Any movement on one side of the bed was transmitted immediately to the other side... I probably sank about 4-6 inches into the springs when sitting there. Horrible nights sleep on both nights. We didn't sleep on the other bed, but we sat on it, and it was the same quality. If the beds were better, we would have had a great weekend trip... That was the only real issue we had with the place, we otherwise thought it a very nice unit.

Excellent condo for 2-4 person stay in Atlantic Beach. Easy check-in/check-out and good communication with property manager. Condo is on beach side of the road with a short walk to the beach.

Betsy was very responsive and helpful. The place was perfect for our extended family (we own another property at Sea spray). The only downside is the parking lot view, but Betsy has adjusted the price for that, and who cares bc you are steps from the beach!

The location of this property was ideal for the beach-seeking and water adventurer individual. The host provided prompt detailed directions and check-in and check-out descriptions. I would highly recommend!

The property needs updating. With that said, we looked beyond the aesthetics and appreciated very much the short walk to the beach and pool. Atlantic beach is a fantastic destination for families with young kids. Morehead City and Beaufort are a short drive. Our family of four had everything we needed here.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The owner was always quick to respond with any questions that I might have. Also they are very kind. The condo was clean and had all the major appliances one needs. The furniture was very comfy! My family and I recommend staying here!

My friend and I were able to book this condo very easily at the last minute on our trip to the coast. Betsy was very quick to respond to our booking and questions, and her emails were very detailed. We had no problems whatsoever finding the condo, getting into the space, or making use of it. The location is fantastic--the ocean is literally a short walk on the boardwalk to the beach, which is fine sand and clean. While the condo itself is older, as are the furnishings, the space was clean and maintained well. Be sure to heed the owner's information about parking--we received a warning in the 20 minutes we took to unlock the unit and take a look around, return to the vehicle to get our luggage, and come down again to leave for dinner. Had we brought the parking pass down to put in the vehicle upon our return to grab our luggage, we wouldn't have been warned. Overall, we had a great experience in the Morehead City/Beaufort area and were pleased with our stay here.
