Ocean Reef Retreat - Dual Suites, Incredible Views, WiFi, Shared Pool & Hot Tub

It was pretty nice except for the elevator situation with only one out of 3 that worked and the master bedroom television had no remote or any kind of cable or satellite or anything to hook up to it to watch tv. Other than that it was a nice stay with a nice beach front view with pretty much anything else you needed for a few nights stay.

Room was good. Clean. Washer stops after it fills, but just lift lid and drop it back down and it works. The dryer is terrible. Be ready to restart it alot to get clothes dry. Lint filter was clean. Love the easy beach access. Only one elevator working, but at least we went during non peak time. Would stay here again

We love this location, the condo room itself is perfect for our family. The beach is gorgeous and we love how close we are to some great restaurants, attractions, and the airport. The staff is friendly as well! The downsides… The day we arrived, only two of the three elevators were working. By day 3 of our week long stay, that narrowed down to ONE working elevator. And guess what. That one operational elevator would randomly quit. So we had to walk up and down 17 flights of steps with a toddler and an infant. My friend who was staying with us has a bad knee, she could barely walk by the time we went home. I reached out to the rental company, but apparently the elevators are run by the HOA, and there was nothing they could do to help. It was incredibly frustrating, made me never want to go back. The cooking pots/pans in 1702 are very outdated, one of the pans was so warped that it couldn’t even lay flat on the stovetop. The DVD player in the living room wasn’t connected to the TV. My husband got it all working, only to realize that it needed a remote to actually play DVDs. We searched that entire condo and couldn’t find the remote. Honestly the elevators are the biggest problem we had with this place. I truly wish it wasn’t such an issue because the place itself is beautiful and we love staying there.

The condo and complex was perfect. We enjoyed our first time in Panama City. The location was great because it was in walking distance of restaurants, shops, and mini golf. Highly recommend.

Pros: Extremely clean, spacious, wonderful amenities, everything my family needed. Location was awesome you can walk to tons of entertainment. You have your personal parking spot. Hot tub was heavenly... Heated indoor pool and a out door pool!!!Cons: The electric stove front 2 burners did not work. Making it extremely difficult for my wife to feed 2 kids and a husband. I notified the building management and they told me they were going to swap out the stove. For me to HOLD 3 days later nothing was done.FYI: For a 5 day stay we only got 2 garbage bags and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Need to purchase extra bags and toilets paper. Also 2 rolls of paper towels.

Condo was not bad given the view of the gulf and the location. It is an older condominium building but not terrible. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars completely is due to the fact the company had someone call me while I was out with my family on vacation telling me there would be patio furniture delivered during our stay. The woman who called was very rude and acted as if my questioning this event while we are staying there was not a bother to her. Needless to say she acted as if my concerns was no issue to her and didn’t give me an option to refuse. After talking to my husband about the issue. I reached out to guest services and I’m thankful to them for listening and making sure the delivery didn’t happen. I was very upset on this matter. We have used many condos through this company and VRBO and never had this issue. The part that made it upsetting is that my family and I were only staying 3 nights and I thought to myself surly this can be done while customers are not in the condo and to add this was our first time visiting PCB. Honestly me and my husband are not going to let one rude person working for this company ruin us using them again. I just appreciate them making it right. But overall the stay was nice and excess to the condo was very easy and someone did call the next day making sure everything was going smoothly. We loved PCB and can’t wait to come back.

This was the cleanest condo we have stayed in on the beach. The condo had a big balcony and plenty of room. The furniture is starting to get a little tired. We loved the size of the resort. We usually stay in larger resorts. We also like the security. Overall a great stay.

It was a girls trip and we had a great time. Weather worked out just right for us. Great food nearby.

Nice Place, The Beach was very nice and not overcrowded, Pools and Hot Tub were well maintained. Close to popular restaurants and 5 minutes from the Pier area.
