Ocean Reef 203 boasts a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second, and twin beds in the third, providing ample space for everyone. With 180 TV channels, DVR recording, Wi-Fi, and cabled internet, you’ll enjoy all the comforts of home. The master bedroom features a large flat-screen TV and a spacious walk-in closet, complete with a crib for your little one. The master bathroom offers the luxury of both a garden tub and a glass shower. Relax on the balcony overlooking the courtyard and pool area, take a refreshing swim, or head to the nearby beach boardwalk for a seaside stroll. Conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants, this centrally positioned condo provides easy access to everything you need. Downtown and local attractions are just a short drive away, making this the ideal spot for your dream getaway!

The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:

* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom

Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.

    The check-in and check-out process were smooth. The apartment is an older unit but was clean and well stocked. Also super conveniently located. We enjoyed our stay in St. Augustine.

    Everything was AMAZING, the property?? Clean , organized with everything that you and family needs to enjoy your stays, the property is near to a lots different places, beaches are beautiful, pool was super clean , kitchen have everything that you need, very peaceful at night time.     This was a great condo for our family of 6 and 1 infant. It was close to a beautiful boardwalk that we used evêryday to walk to the beach. The location was also great as it was close to a grocery store. It was located tiwards the quiet end of town. The pool had just been redone and was beautiful! The pool furniture and the deck furniture in the condo neds to be replaced, but other than that, no complaints. Would definitely stay again.

    The home was exactly as listed. The only issues we had is 1. The elevator stopped working the first day of our 8 day vacation. I immediately called it in and bc it was Friday rechecked on Monday. Was told that it was a $7k part and wouldn't be fixed through text. The pool was uncleanness until our last 2 days. It took someone else looking at the property and complaining before we ever saw maintenance. I was told this was an HOA issue not worth the homeowner. But how thoroughly are they cleaning when i moved the couch to look for a toy my kid dropped, i found a bunch of cereal, a vape, and a baby pacifier.

    The GOOD, a great location, only about 15 mins to Old Town, a 10 minute walk to the beach on a fabulous boardwalk, the place was clean and well stocked, was nice to have a washer and dryer, balcony was wonderful for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails, the stairs and elevator were close by and convenient. The Not so Good, really the only thig was the pool wasn't the cleanest when we arrived and was cleaned the day before we left but we aren't swimmers so we enjoyed the bold chairs and relaxed by the pool. It is also advertised as a 3rd floor when in reality it is a second floor.

    We enjoyed our time in St. Augustine. The condo was pretty clean and in good working order. Only a few oddities (like a some dirty clothes left in one of the nightstand drawers), but overall clean and worked very well for our family. The beds were comfortable and good furniture in the living room, and the full sized washer and dryer were great for keeping laundry clean and dry. The pool at the property was fun for the kids, but the pool area could use a little cleaning too (a couple of worrisome wasp nests at the seating area). Some days in the heat it seemed like a bit long walk across the boardwalk to the beach for the kids, but overall not really too bad and a wagon available in the condo that helps carry the beach stuff. Was surprised that 4WD cars can drive and park on the beach, but we did try that a couple of days ($10 a day) and it was something fun and different for getting all the beach stuff and family to the beach. The vehicle beach access is not far from the condo either. The Publix and Winn-Dixie are super close too! Lots of great restaurants close by. We contacted the mgmt company a couple of times during the week and they were very responsive and helpful. Overall a great family beach vacation and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you! One small improvement suggestion - more plates, bowls, and cups would be helpful for families who like to eat in a lot. Thanks again!

    It was an easy-going experiance but the property was not as nice as they said . Pool was nasty the place needs some tlc and the walk to tte beach was way too much. I don't think we will stay there again

    Great place to stay. Not to far from beach easy access Property wasn’t clean. Floor dirty. Animal hair on top of comforter in bedroom Counters were gritty. Otherwise the condo was perfect for our needs

    Exactly what we were looking for! Location was ideal for our family of 4. With two kids, ages, 11 and 8, we could enjoy the beach, pool, restuarants on the island and were also a short ride to downtown. The Farmer's Market was a nice surprise too. Check in was super easy. The place was just as promised, clean and everything we needed. Nice balcony overlooking the pool too. We would definintely stay again!
