Convenient to both ends of the island. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen table needs some cleaning on the sides of the table. Great view of the pool. The kitchen faucet needs to be tightened down to the cabinet. Water slightly trickling in the bowl after toilet flushes... the seal doesn't completely stop the water from running. We had a wonderful time!

The cleaning service should definitely be inspected, before customers arrive. The pull out couch had hair and Cheeto crumbs in it. We bought a broom and swept it off ourself. I had my teenager use a wet towel to fast mop the floor. It's the Sandy Beach inside...for me. This is upon arrival. Very much subpar cleaning. The rules or guidelines we have to go by seem more strict than usual. Yet, we were not given a place that was up to those standards. The elevators did not work, the actual riff raff in the pool was what really put it over the top. After listening to people screaming, well, actually losing their entire minds in the pool for 2 hours, I finally called the office. They said security would take care of it. No. Not at all. Fortunately for us, the pool closed at 10:00 p.m. so that was the end of it! If anyone really wants honest feedback, I would definitely try to be more thorough about the cleaning crew, and who is going into the pool. Bottom line. Other than that, it was fine.

Beautiful little condo, great location. We had a great stay!

The key broke off and we were locked out with a sleepy child at 10:30 pm. A guy from Ryson showed up within 30 minutes and got us in and made sure the door would safely lock while we were sleeping. The next morning another guy came and replaced the entire lock. They were both very nice and helped make sure we had a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Condo is cute and clean. Fantastic location with stores and restaurants close by.

We had a good time. Lots to do. Condos was fairly clean, but got kind of loud at night. Otherwise no complaints.

There was a very pungent order from some cleaning agent or deodorizer that lingered for a day. The Door locks were inadequate

My overall stay was fine except for the neighbors in the room over spent they’re weekend smoking weed, has the smell traveled into our room via air vents and balcony door, would have been nice for the courtesy officer to shut them down

This condo was very nice. The beds were comfortable and the couch also turned into a bed. The pillows were our only complaint with the bedding as they were paper thin. The pools were always clean and not over packed with people. This condo over looked one of the pools which I liked because I could watch my husband and son from the balcony door when I was upstairs with my 3 month old. Over all I would rent this condo again, our Number 1 complaint was that the cable they use almost never worked. Which is a bit annoying when you have a 2.5 year old that wants to watch cartoons. Other then that our stay was good!
