Ocean-Marina Yacht Views Condo Steps to the Beach w/Full Kitchen & Free WiFi

Ocean view, and elevator had no problem. Garage parking is $28/day, the street parking is $1/hour and 24-7. The lady working there was super nice. The check-in instruction should include the location of the entrance since the entrance is not facing the addressed street. If the check-out time is 11am, the cleaning people shall not enter the room before 11am.

Balcony was open than god that was a selling point for renting. After getting to condo everything was as listed except the hairdryer was missing. I contacted the host who advised me to look in the bathroom which I had looked every where for it. I called at 4pm Hawaii time after a long 15 hour travel day and needing a shower but could not take one due to NO hairdryer and we had real nice dinner reservations. Host did get back to me and had one delivered the next day as we were gone exploring. When we got home it was in the door. I did send a TY text and then took a shower. Condo was clean except floor a lil dirty as my white socks were dirty on the bottom of me feet after un-packing. Everything else was great in the condo til...Tuesday we got text that maintenance would be working on the bldg water. No problem w were out exploring till we got back to the condo and had no AC it was hotter than hell. Wednesday my hubby was sick and was in the condo all day that day. When I got home at 3pm the condo still NO AC. I texted and texted to no avail. Called the number and got a hold of someone who walked me thru the process of re-setting the AC unit and by 9pm that night it finally started working. They were not sorry for us being in the unit with no AC except to re-send the text about the water being worked on. What dose water have to do with the AC in the unit? We were never offered a refund or discount at all. They did not even call or text to see if it came on.

This was an unexpected gem. I lived in Hawaii for a few years and this place is a score. The place is located in a great spot. There is the Chart House on the bottoms floor. The view was great. The housekeeping service does a great job. I am going to stay here going forward and wish I knew about it before.

The room was nice and clean. The host communication was great. The location is walking distance to the beach, shopping and malls. The bed was very comfortable. Looking forward to booking again.

Our stay was nice this unit was perfect for our family. They had so many boogie boards and things you need for the beach. Will definitely be booking again.

This unit was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Location is great as I was attending a conference at the Hawaii Convention Center and was a short 10-15 minute walk.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this building 5 times and this unit was so different from all the other units we've stayed in. It has the bare necessities but there were glaring issues that we had to complain about: ROACHES in the bathroom and kitchen!! The bathtub plug did not work and there was no plug for the sink. Workmen opened our unit to paint the door without prior notification. We came back in late morning to find the door propped open and were told we had to keep it open another 20 minutes after he was done. The bedroom bureaus are second hand pieces that don't close properly, door handles were loose, and the kitchen utensils, pots and pans, etc. are of the cheapest quality. There were no condiments at all except for a nearly empty disposable salt shaker. My bath towel had holes in it, though there were more towels in the cabinet.There was no decor or extra amenities in the unit so don't expect much in that regard.

The air conditioning worked very well, the beds were very comfortable and the entire apartment was clean. We really liked that the fridge had an ice maker installed in it. Great location, close to the beach, shops, restaurants and shopping center. From the balcony you could watch a wonderful fireworks show every Friday. High-level apartment service.
