Ocean Manor Hotel Beachfront Resort living

The apt was clean and homey but didn't feel lived in. It's a low floor so not much of a view but that turned out to be a good thing since the fire alarm went off twice (not the owner's fault). The hotel has a tiki bar which is a nice option although we didn't eat there. The beach is right behind the property so if you have your own chair or blanket you're good to go. My only negative is the walls are very thin and the apt is next to the elevator so you hear all the dings and hallway conversation. This can be an issue of you're a light sleeper.

I have stayed at Ocean Manor before, so i knew the property itself was beautiful. This was my first time renting this room through Rogers Rentals though. I do not have a single bad thing to say. The room was PERFECT and updated with what seemed to be new flooring, new furniture, beach chairs, and all the cookware you need. The pictures he has posted or the property are clearly old. Because the unit was absolutely beautiful. I also had a few questions during my visit in which Roger answered promptly. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and i hope when i return next year the room is still available for rent. My only advice to him would be to update the pictures on the listing so people know how nice it is! The old pictures of the outdated rooms may steer people away :)

The room is located right across from the elevators. The ringing, and doors opening and closing all night was a little annoying. Bathroom door doesn’t close completely without using a bit of force. Place was very clean , and communication with owner was fine

Great location on the beach. Good communication with host. Accomodations clean & adequately stocked.

We had a great time during our four-night stay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and pool, and a quick drive to lots of local attractions. The bed was super comfortable, and the whole place had a relaxed, welcoming vibe. Would definitely come back!

Beds were comfortable kitchen was perfect clean and it was close to the beach, but it was pretty noisy.

Communication with the owner of our condo was great. He answered in a timely manner. The property was very well maintained and clean. The staff was very helpful and the valet staff was very accommodating. Overall a great experience?

The property has a great location; however, the place is very old. The smell of smoke and marijuana is so strong off of the elevator and it permeates into the apartment. The apartment needs a real update.

Our stay was great! The apartment was perfect for our 4-day anniversary getaway. It was just as explained, actually it was even better than expected. Roger is a great host…communication with us was excellent and he was super accommodating. We would definitely book with Roger again. I have to say it was our best Vrbo experience! Excellent location in the hotel on the beach. Also was well located for walking and stores. Good value.Owner was very responsive when we had any minor requests.

We liked the area, beach and food options but disappointed with the room. Noisy because elevators outside door. Floors were dirty and when wearing socks they got dirty. Bathroom door was broken and couldn’t close easily. Closet door was broken. Living area couch was very uncomfortable and the TV was small and difficult to control. Would not return to use again but would return to the area.

The only thing missing is a balcony on the beach

First time to the area and we couldn’t be happier. Location was perfect. Easy check in/out. Constant communication from host on any questions we had. Made sure we had no issues and were comfortable. Condo was clean and comfortable. Perfect for a couples getaway. Walking distance to great restaurants and bars. We will definitely be booking again!

The property was very nice. However, I was not too fond of the way the hallway smelled—the marijuana smell was potent.

The perfect getaway right on the beach very comfortable bed well kept maybe add a few more wash clothes but other than that Superb!!

Staying here was affordable and a perfect location. It was nice to be able to walk right out to the beach. I liked that there was a grocery store within walking distance. If you were just going to hang around the place , you wouldnt even need a car!

My husband and i needed a place and the room we were on at ocean club was disgusting and not safe. We booked at ocean mamor on the 13th of july and were anle to check in on tje 15th! The price very reasomable! The space was clean and comfortable, great location on the beach and ilo bar! We had to pay for Valet but that was fine. The response time and communication was fast. The only 2 things i would say of cons would be the bedroom tv dodnt work, and the couch cover needs to be updated with lighter color. But it was an amazing stay!
