-Parking at Sterling Breeze requires a resort parking pass. A packet includes your parking passes and armbands, and additional passes can be arranged if needed, subject to availability. Boats, RVs, and camper tops are not allowed in the garage. Guests can register and purchase parking passes in advance via the link provided in the welcome guide​​​​​​​
-A minimum age of 25 is required to book. The registered guest must be on-site for the entire stay and is accountable for all occupants.
-This is a smoke-free and vape-free property. Violations inside the home or outdoor spaces will incur a $500 odor remediation charge.

    Overall loved the condo and we had a wonderful time on our stay. A few more kitchen essentials and utensils would have been helpful but we had enough to get by. Very responsive to questions and concerns. We would stay here again

    Great stay with quick elevators and nice pool. We had some trouble finding parking when we first arrived but the parking attendant was able to move some people and get us a spot. Appreciate the help!

    We didn’t know it was Thunder Beach. The noise of the motorcycles which happened until well after midnight was unpleasant. The unit itself has several plumbing issues-MBR toilet ran constantly. Kitchen sink & hall bathroom sink didn’t drain well.

    The resort is very nice. Would definitely stay there again. However the condo was not as described. It was not newly remodeled! The shower has mold in it and on the ceiling . The livingroom furniture and area rug are filthy and you sink halfway to the floor in the chairs. There are other minor things that let you know it was remodeled sometime but Not recently!

    The unit looked great at first, but then we started noticing how unsure we were about it. The front door has a dead bolt, which seems prefect for a family with small kids.... except it didn’t work. It was missing the tumbler. So the only lock for the front door was on the key pad that was easily unlocked by our 3 year old. The back door to the patio was much the same. There was a strange u-lock that secured the door, but it was placed low, allowing again a 3 yr old to easily open the lock and door.... as a mother this made me very uneasy. We were unable to use the top bunk in the hall due to the side rail was broken and just placed on the bed rail. On our final day while packing the key pad stopped working at 8am... our checkout was at 10am.. luckily my niece stayed in the condo until we were ready to leave to let us in...I was easily able to contact the listing agent regarding our concerns, but none of our concerns were resolved. Also side note there was 1 working elevator, not one set, i mean a single elevator for 23 floors worth of units...

    Everything was great. We really enjoyed our stay. Property and location are great. It was a relaxing time for us and hope to return again in the future. We would recommend this property and host was very prompt in communicating!
