Enjoy stunning sunrises and sunsets from your private balcony. This end unit on the 3rd floor provides a picturesque view of the Lighthouse above the grand live oaks at Neptune Park. Once you visit here, you'll find yourself returning time and time again.

THE SPACE
Pier Pointe is a gated community, located ocean front with an entrance to the village.

Located on the 3rd Floor. Just step inside and be greeted with the most amazing ocean views. You will enter into open concept living of the kitchen, dining and living room areas, with access to the covered and private balcony.
Kitchen is equipped with a drip and single serve coffee maker.

Dining room set up for 4-guests.

Bedroom 1 – Primary with Queen (sleeps 2), access to the covered balcony

Bathroom 1 – Primary ensuite with Shower

Bedroom 2 – Guest room with 2 single beds (sleeps 2)

Gated pool for owners and guest of Pier Pointe only.

NOTE:

• We are located ocean front, although the beach access is tide contingent. High tide occurs twice daily at varying times throughout the year, making the beach inaccessible. While at high tide you may enjoy the oceanfront lawn, oceanfront swimming pool and a private balcony.

• This complex does not have an elevator.

PIer Pointe is a unique property - located directly IN the St. Simons Pier Village just steps from dining, ice cream parlors, the pier, the park, etc, and offering unmatched sunset views of the St. Simons Sound and Jekyll Island beyond. This small collection of boutique ocean front condos offers the best Village access on St. Simons, and an ocean front pool to enjoy.

Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

    We have stayed in other units at Pier Point and have always had an excellent experience. The management company provided informative emails with all instructions for check in and out. This unit has been beautifully renovated. There was a musty smell in the unit, like maybe some of the furniture sat in a storage locker too long. Our biggest issue was the beds...the primary bedroom is not a king as advertised....it is only a queen....and a very bad mattress. One person can sleep ok as it rolls you to the center. The second bedroom had two twins....both of which squeaked whenever you moved. If the owner's had provided furnishings to match the renovation, this unit would be worth the price. We always have a great time in St. Simons but will not stay in this unit again.

    The property was wonderful. Everything we needed and really great views. The only problem we had was mosquitoes, several silver fish and something in the sink that looked like a tick (wasn't sure). It wasn't really an issues to us, but may be to the next person. :-) I've stayed in several of the units at Pier Point, but this one was by far the nicest. Thank you!

    Beautiful condo in the perfect location. It was spotless and had everything you need for a home away from home stay. Gorgeous views and easy walk to everything. Loved our stay here!
