This is the second time we’ve been to this condo. We had an amazing time just relaxed and enjoyed the ocean. Can’t wait to come back.

We had such a great and relaxing stay! The condo was very comfortable and it had a great view of the ocean. Our girls really enjoyed the time playing on the beach. We have been coming to Pajaro Dunes for the last few years and it has become a special place for our family. We can’t wait to be back soon!

The home is beautifully appointed. A relaxing beach home feel. The bathrooms are nicely renovated and great hot water. Our family loves the location and awesome views from this home !

Everything was perfect! This was our 3rd time staying here, so it felt like coming home. We mostly cooked our meals and the kitchen cupboards had every possible cooking supplies available. The view cannot be beat!

Best host ever! Excellent communication and the condo was exceptional! Super cute and welcoming and had everything we could had needed and MORE! Beds were so comfortable too. There isn't anything more we could have asked for! This will be our go-to condo for beach trips!

The host is available at all times. The place is convenient to get to no stairs Walk in showers. Great view of the ocean and easy access to the ocean

The view of the beach was beautiful. The one disappointment was the carpet. It really needs to be replaced if it is the intention to have guests remove their shoes. It smelled a little musty, possibly due to the carpet as the rooms were clean.

Comfortable and clean. Cute decor. Instructions were clear. Teens liked having their own room and bathroom.

It was well equipped with everything you need for the beach. Enjoy the fireplace. Check-in was easy. The Wi-Fi was easy to access overall it was a nice gathering of our family for a nice relaxing weekend. We did this because next week our daughter-in-law will be having her baby and I will get to be a grandma with a new Baby granddaughter.

This was our second stay and we love the location and comfort of the condo.

What a wonderful property! My favorite part was the back deck that overlooked the dunes, beach, and ocean. I loved to sit watch the waves roll in. Situated right off the beach at the Pajaro Dunes Resort. The condo provided just enough space for our family--two adults and three kids. The kitchen was stocked with a wide array of dishes and utensils. The main TV allowed us to access streaming services such as Disney so the kids could watch movies in the evening. The owner was extremely attentive. They reached out when there was a Tsunami warning to make sure we were aware. In the end, all was well.Overall, a great spot!

I had a wonderful experience with comfortable accommodations and breath taking views. I found myself staring at the ocean view from the balcony most of the day.

Great location! Clean property. Updated shower. Bring your own ziplock bags and Tupperware.

Wonderful condo on a beautiful beach!Very well stocked and loved the rotating TV.I was able to go on netflix and amazon prime to watch movies. We had a great time playing pickleball, tennis and volleyball.Great trip. I plan to come back every year.

Very nice stay for a relaxing little vacation. We had a slight issue with the water not draining fast 1 day, I contacted them just to give them a heads up(they didn't need to do anything) and they responded very quickly. Had what we needed for cooking breakfast.

We had a great time with our family. It was nice not having to bring our own beach towels, toys, chairs etc. as the rental had those included to use. we loved the view and the gated community. The kids had fun feeding ducks at the community pond (you can buy duck food at the gate house). The only thing to note is you are on the second floor so there’s people below and above you, and you can hear walking and some other noises which probably won’t bother most people. I’m just a light sleeper so I was aware of the noise at night. Overall great place and I would recommend it to other families.

The property is absolutely wonderful. I am very particular about cleanliness and was impressed. The views and atmosphere are incredible. Unfortunately, the check-in process was a bit of a challenge because the gatehouse was unattended and I wasn’t on list as an incoming guest. This was no fault of the property owner and I can’t wait to visit again.

Second time staying in Pajaro. Wonderful hosts and units. Proximity to school cant be beat.

We had no problems with our stay. Pics on website are accurate, the condo had everything we needed to prepare meals. The condo was clean when we arrived.

This was our second time in this unit. The first time was with two grandchildren and their parents. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for the six of us and the view is awesome. The second stay was just my husband and I, so we had more than enough space to relax in and enjoy that beautiful view! Sharron was very responsive and easy to communicate with. A perfect place to stay!

Our family of four had an amazing stay here! The condo is in a perfect location—right on the beach with incredible views and the calming sound of the waves all day and night. It was exactly the kind of relaxing getaway we were looking for.We made a couple trips into Monterey to visit the aquarium, which was great, but we really preferred being away from the hustle and bustle. Coming back to the quiet, peaceful beach each day was the best part.The condo was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kids loved having their own room with bunk beds and a TV—it gave them their own space and made the trip so much smoother for everyone.One of the biggest highlights was the wildlife. Bring binoculars! We saw whales, otters, and seals every day right from the living room. A couple whales even came all the way out of the water—seeing their tails slap the surface is a sight I’ll never forget.Beach access was super easy, and we had so much fun collecting shells and sea glass. We found a ton a few miles up the beach in the rockier areas. The outdoor rinse area was great for cleaning off sandy shoes. The grounds are also peaceful and fun to explore—our kids loved feeding the ducks and spotting all kinds of birds.Communication with the owners before our stay was excellent—so much better than dealing with a management company. They were helpful, friendly, and made everything easy.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We’re already looking forward to

It has not been an easy few months, and so the quiet peace of this condo was so needed. We are grateful for the opportunity to share Sharron's homey place, with a magnificent view of the water. You could open the door to the deck and hear the crashing waves - wonderful breakfast spot. And just a few steps to the beach with endless bird watching. Pajaros....and Dunes. We loved it. Sharron was very responsive to all my questions. I corresponded with her several times before our stay. Very quick to reply. The description of the condo is pretty accurate. Nice location, she has pretty much everything you need in the condo. The only negative thing I have to say is that the people above us were very heavy footed. They had a kid that ran around a lot and everyone had heavy feet and it sounded like they were dragging furniture across the floor when they were stomping around. Lucky for us our stay overlapped theirs by only 1 day.We would rent this place again and probably will!

This is the third or fourth time we have stayed in this lovely comfortable condo! Why argue with success!! Everything was perfect for my friend and me. We felt like we were coming “home “ The views are wonderful and we do enjoyed walking around the large duck pond, taking endless by photos of the very entertaining egrets

This is a great property, in a beautiful location. Kitchen is incredibly well equipped, the rooms are all very comfortable and the hosts are very responsive. It really is a little piece of heaven - it was perfect for our family of 4 to spend a few days over Christmas, do book if you’re considering it!

My husband and I have been visiting Pajara Dunes for over 30 years and Sharron's place is the best! We booked another stay as soon as we got home!

Comfortable and close to the beach. Stayed at beginning of fall during the week and it was very quiet. Spotted dolphins a couple of times from the living room window.
