The hallway will lead you to 2br's & 2ba's. The master features a gorgeous King bed, SMART TV & huge walk in closet. Off the hallway is a 2nd bath with a tiled shower. Br #2 has 2 Queen beds, and ensuite bathroom with tiled enclosed shower, a separate laundry area & access to the shady back patio with seating.

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES

• Guest Requirements | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30 (exceptions made for multigenerational families).
• Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• Combination Listings | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

    We love Mission Beach and have stayed at so many different units. But THIS unit is the one!1. We had a 4th floor unit and had views of the city and up and down the coast. There is no higher unit on the beach.2. Other places say remodeled and they look nice. This place is brand new. Felt like we were the first ones here. Immaculate. 3. Well stocked with essentials (towels, in unit washer/dryer, kitchen utensils). No condiments and “leftover” things like coffee, tea, etc but eh not a worry.Fantastic!

    We enjoyed our stay at this condo right on Mission Beach. We would definitely come back as this was a very comfortable condo. Sunrise in the back bedroom and sunset in the front. Kitchen was well appointed although we did minimal cooking. Being on the top floor with a locked door downstairs gave us a sense of security. Elevator instead of using stairs most appreciated. Beach chairs, towels and boogie boards are provided. Is very quiet and the beds are very comfortable. Parking is very tight. People park in the alley so a little hard to manuver into the assigned parking space. I would recommend a smaller car whereas we had a medium SUV - Sportage and it was very tight. Also note that the back balcony is shared by the condo next door. Great if you are also renting it. But would be a little weird if you are laying on the bed reading and with the blinds up. Although this did not happen. We noticed a door access from the other condo to the balcony. A couple of suggestions. A small dresser in both walk in closets would be nice. We stayed 10 days and someplace to put socks etc would be helpful...instead of living out of the suitcase - we like to move in. Also the motion detection/auto bathroom lights appreciated but then it turns off automatically rather quickly. Challenging when going into the bathroom at night. Comes on. Goes off. Comes on....All in all, a great place for a couple or a small family.

    We may have missed it in the instructions but the only issue we had was figuring out where the main entrance was located. Everything else was great!

    Every thing was in good condition as it was recently remodeled. The only thing I would say is it did not have any seasonings and such like salt and pepper, oil. Probably because it is newly remodeled.

    Excellent location the beds were amazing. We slept well it was very quiet. Appliances were good & being next to the walk path was cool. Only real compliant was the elevator, it took too long & the operation was slow. Great condo

    This one deserves a 5 star review. Other ocean front properties claim to be newly remodeled, but this is the place to stay. Everything is top notch and our stay was great. Thanks SS team and we will definitely be back.
