F5 - REFRESH at Seaside Beach: Ocean Front Condo on the Prom: This condo unit is in an amazing location, looking right at the historic Broadway Turn-around at Seaside Beach, Oregon! It features two bedrooms accompanying two baths, with a total of 5 beds ranging in size from Queen to twin. In the master you will find an inviting 4 poster Queen bed, flat screen TV, soothing wall colors and a wonderful sense of space. In the master bath you can enjoy a Jacuzzi bubble bath or relaxing shower aside a spacious double sink. In the second bedroom you will find 2 twin bunk beds. 4 twin beds total. The three-quarter hall bath contains a shower, sink, and toilet. In the living room you will find amenities in every direction ranging from a high def TV, gas fireplace, and expansive ocean views. The dining room table is chosen to comfortably seat 6 while providing easy access to the bar area where you can lay out the feast. As with all our homes, the kitchen is fully appointed with all the basics and some of the extras not normally found in vacation rentals. Come enjoy the beach with us at this fabulous location!

Our unit was newly renovated and got new appliances on the day of our check in. We enjoy the location, a few minute walk to beach where we played volleyball tournament. Having two parking spots was very convenient for us too.

Very nice place right on the beach, close to the main part of town. Couldn't ask for anything more.
Property was perfect for us. Right on the ocean and promade The sunsets were beautiful. The unit was immaculate. Everything we needed was there and working. We will be back.
We loved our stay at this condo. It is in perfect walking distance to stores and restaurants. We enjoyed walking to the Carousel Mall and Sea Star Gelato. We did have a couple issues (carbon monoxide batteries low and my son locking us out of using the keypad lock), but the rental company was quick to send someone out to fix the issues.
The first morning there was early morning construction that continued through the day. It was very loud and woke us up on our first morning. The construction was being done on the scaffolding directly adjacent to the property. I'm guessing they were repairing it that day. But this isn't something that could be predicted and they didn't continue the noisy construction the rest of the week. Otherwise it was a relaxing fun stay! Thank you! Joseph
The condo was very clean and bright. It was stocked well with all the amenities we needed and was in walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful time!
I would stay there next time
We enjoyed our weekend trip to the beach and found this condo cozy and clean and conveniently located. As the owner of several VRBO rental properties myself, I was impressed and could appreciate how cautious and protective the Property Management company was in ensuring that we were 100% informed about the rental process and rules. However, from a guest perspective who stay frequently in VRBO properties when I travel, I found it a little much: calling and emailing to explain the rental process and rules the day after we booked; calling and emailing the week before to explain the rental process and rules the week before our trip; calling and emailing the day of arrival to explain the check-in process and the rules and finally, calling again the day before we checked out to explain the check-out process and rules. Yes, I get it. I can read the numerous emails and notifications plastered on the fridge, thank you. I am sure there have been multiple guests that have broken the rules or called to ask questions one too many times, but come on. Although we really loved this condo, it is not worth enduring the micromanagement of this Property Management company in the future.
The condo had a beautiful oceanfront view on the promenade, easy access to the beach, and was walking distance to the downtown area! The condo was very clean and spacious for our family group of 6. the only negative item was the front door lock was dead and we couldn't get into the condo when we arrived. After calling the after hours service, we had to wait an hour to get into the condo. Otherwise, would definitely rent this place again!
Was surprized about the extra fee charged . Wasn’t aware of that and didn’t see it When I made My reservation.
The location is fine. Right on the beach and unobstructed views of the ocean. Great for beach walks. The unit, however, is very tired and in need of serious upgrades. For example, there were very limited pots and pans and they were so old that the non stick surfaces would come off into our food. Only one glass (the rest were very cheap, kind of yucky plastic cups). Televisions didn't work (signal wasn't strong enough). (But there were VHS tapes from many years ago and a television with a VHS player if you wanted that). Internet was weak and intermittent. Carpet was clean but with lots of stains. The furnace would go off in the middle of the night and was super loud. There was a weather warning machine which also went off in the middle of the night warning of tornadoes. There was a nice gas fireplace which was great for chilly mornings and evenings. The property managers were nice and checked in frequently. You do have to fill out a check list of how the unit looks (kind of like when you rent a car). This may be new protocol but I haven't ever had to do that before and it was a checklist for lots of different properties so asked for things that weren't even in the unit (as did the boiler plate contract).
Very comfortable condo with a great view and convenient location.
