Step into the main front entry door into an open main living area that includes a SMART TV, plush Queen sleeper sofa, accent chairs & window line patio doors out to the ocean & your very own expansive ocean front patio! Off the living room is a dining area with seating for 6, as well as a new kitchen with white quartz counters, new cabinets & appliances & fully stocked for all your cooking needs.

Br #1 has ocean views & includes a Queen bed with mounted SMART TV. Br #2 is further down the hallway with another Queen bed & SMART TV. Off the hallway is a full bath (surround shower) & further down the hallway is Br #3 also with a Queen bed.

Guests have the option to rent each unit individually or rent the entire building for a combined 5br + 2ba offering that sleeps 14 (10 adults max) as follows:

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES

• Guest Requirements | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30 (exceptions made for multigenerational families).
• Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• Combination Listings | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

    Being so close to the boardwalk/beach and having sand directly off the patio is great for kids. They can play in the sand all day without having to go to the water or have the boardwalk and a small wall between you.

    Upon arrival property had a clear rodent problem. There were rat droppings in one of the bedrooms underneath and on the bed and the utility closet was full of it. The unit had a slight musty smell which can be common among beach properties but the hallway actually had a rodent smell. The location would have been great otherwise. I contacted the property managers who said they could send cleaners and pest control, however neither showed up during our 4 day stay.

    We loved staying at this beautifully renovated property with a large gorgeous deck. The kids loved that there was sand right out the back door and enjoyed the beach toys. The ocean is a short walk and the beach chairs made our stay perfect! The apartment was fabulous bedding and plenty of towels. We had all the amenities we needed. Thank you for a lovely stay.

    Clean, simple, no clutter like other places we have rented. It was just what we needed for our 3 nights. Neighbors are quiet and we felt safe. There is a walk up Mexican food bar about 1/2 a mile from the house, really yummy tacos. You can walk on the sand from the patio, but you can't see the ocean from the patio. You can see a public parking lot for beach goers from the patio, not a big deal as it is obscured behind some bushes. You have to walk to the beach to see the ocean which was okay for us, but if you really want to see and hear the ocean from your VRBO didn't stay here. We really wanted to hear the ocean at night, so I just turned on ocean waves in my YouTube music app.

    My family of 6 stayed for 4 nights and we had a great time. Our 5 and 7 year old loved being able to play in the sand right behind the house and the huge patio is very nice too. The sand toys and vollyball in the garage was much appreciated as well. We would definitely stay there again someday.

    The positives are that the unit looked pretty much as pictured. But the description is not very accurate. First, there is no dishwasher in the small kitchen. Although it is close to the beach, there is no view of the water. There was no information about local recommendations, or information on operating the two-remote TV. We had a lot of maintenance problems, and the kitchen appliances (including refrigerator) were not working when we arrived; we had to wait until the next morning to get them fixed. We have not been reimbursed for our spoiled food. The small bathroom had neither window nor working fan, and it took ten days for the fan to be replaced. Other maintenance issues were never fixed during our two-month stay. There were no cleaning supplies, just dish/laundry detergent. The front bedroom has no closet or anywhere to put your suitcase or hang clothes. If you have a larger vehicle, you will have trouble fitting into the parking space. There are two steps (no banister) up to the bathroom and two bedrooms, which might be a problem for some. It’s a short walk to the water, but otherwise, the proximity of attractions is exaggerated. Of concern is that there is no way to lock the property, while you’re sleeping, for example, even though the entry code was shared with handymen, cleaners and the plumber. It is the beach, so there is noise—mostly from the many and constant volleyball players who sometimes blast their music. The sliding-glass door is good at blocking noise.

    Can't beat this place for the price, it's spacious with a HUGE patio that is not shared with the upstairs unit, everything was nicely decorated and beds were comfortable. You can walk out your door to a quiet, private sandy beach area away from the main public beach, which was a nice bonus. Surf Style Vacation Homes management made for an easy stay, we would return again in a heartbeat!

    Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The exclusive patio was AMAZING for evening BBQ's and our grandkids enjoyed playing in the sand. The Surf Style management was very helpful with any questions. Would definitely recommend!

    Price was a bit high so 4 stars for that, otherwise 5 stars for location, the home itself, Surf Style manager's responsiveness, and overall experience. We certainly feel comfortable staying in any of their homes, hope to be back for Summer 2023 - Chad
