Newly remodeled & professionally designed! You'll love our upscale beachy furniture, furnishings & décor. Set of stairs will lead you to the main 2nd level front entry into an open main living area that includes high ceilings, 55” SMART LG TV (with full cable), plush sleeper sofa, accent chairs, & window line out to the ocean to take advantage of the unforgettable views! The new kitchen features white quartz counters, white cabinets, center island, bar seating, recessed lighting, & fully stocked kitchen.

Off the living room is the master br, with a 50” Samsung SMART TV (no cable), Cal King bed, & beautiful décor throughout. The hallway has a full bath (tub/shower combo) & will lead you to 2br's & 2ba's. Br#2 has a Queen bed, 43” Samsung TV (with cable), & ensuite bath (shower). Br#3 has 2 fun twin-sized beds, a great place for kids.

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES

• Guest Requirements | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30 (exceptions made for multigenerational families).
• Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• Combination Listings | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

    Clean with a great location overlooking the ocean/nice beach within walking distance (0.5 miles) to restaurants. Very open living room/dining room area, however, a bit outdated with a small balcony and small second bathroom. Very easy check-in process and excellent communications with the property manager.

    Location, location, location! Right on the beach, Rip Curl 2 is spacious, on the second floor so the view is spectacular with some privacy. The garage is a tight squeeze, not sure a really big car will fit, our BMW X3 just barely made it.

    Surf Style Vacation Homes provided stellar service throughout our stay. Listing was perfect - second story on the beach - plenty of space for our family (spouse and 3 adult children) - great location with a quiet beach placed perfectly between the pier and Belmont Park.

    This home was absolutely perfect for us. We had three teens with us. Plenty to do, great area, beautiful view and awesome house. It was clean and bright and the owners communicated very well to us. The check in and out process was very smooth. The proximity to the zoo, La Jolla, and other great landmarks/location was perfect.     Ages 50 to 9 enjoyed this property. It was clean, had newer flooring, and everything we needed. The view was just as pictured. The balcony is small, but it worked. We loved the large wall of windows - beautiful sunsets. We enjoyed meals at the large table (leaves are provided if needed too). Everything was thought of - there were plenty of hooks throughout for towels, extra towels, extra sheets, a fresh unopened scrubber for the sink, windex, paper towels, TP, shampoo/conditioner and body wash, hangers in the closets, and all needed items for cooking (even toddler/baby silverware was there). There was also some basic items like salt, pepper, cooking oil, plastic wrap etc (I believe these were from past guests, but we appreciated them). This property is close to everything. We walked to Belmont park. It was a short drive to Ralphs grocery store. The garage is tight - be careful what type of car you bring. Laundry is in garage and shared with the downstairs unit. The only drawback was that the largest bed (King) was not attached to a bathroom. My husband and I chose a room with a queen bed that attached to a bathroom so that we could have our own. Also, the bathroom attached to the queen bedroom was pretty dated and very tiny. I am 5ft 1 and the shower head barely got me! It was not an issue overall though. The other bathroom was updated and very well sized. Tons of closet space and drawer space if you want to get settled too.
