Ocean Front Condo W/private Beach Access & Minutes From Downtown St. Augustine

Karen was a wonderful host. We had one question while we were there and she answered it for us. The location is wonderful. The condo is beautifully equipped. We had a great time.

It was a delightful… the condo, the many different food choices, and close to the city. We were able to explore …. we had great weather and rejuvenated on a clean and peaceful beach. The condo is pleasant, clean, and the view is superb!! We even enjoyed reading at the pool.

This is a wonderful condo and a great location near St Augustine, restaurants and shopping. Easy walk to the beach. The owner provides excellent communication and is very responsive.This unit is clean, well furnished, and the appliances are updated. Beds are very comfortable. The pool is well kept.We hope to stay here again on our next visit to St Augustine!

This is always a golden experience. Great venue. Perfect owner. EVERY we need. 10 minutes from the Fort. ALL the dining St. Aug offers. BUT, back at the condo, quiet, peace, tranquillity! Vilano vibrates at its own (slow) pace. Thank God.

Loved this property!!!! Great communication with owner. She left us a lovely welcome gift. Didn’t have any problems checking in or while we were there. Had all the amenities. The view was amazing. The beach wasn’t crowded, just beautiful. We’ll definitely stay here again. Thanks Karen!!!!

This is the 3rd time my family and I have stayed in this condo. Karen goes above and beyond to make sure we have a perfect stay. The condo is always spotless when we arrive and if I ever have questions Karen is quick to respond. This is by far the best place we have ever stayed.

Everything was perfect. The owner was always easy to contact, and she provided great advice on restaurants and grocery in walking distance. The beach is wide, perfect for walking, and not busy. Can’t wait to return!

Laid back beach town close to all the attractions of Saint Augustine!This condo rental has all the comforts of home, fantastic ocean views from the deck just off the master bedroom. It’s a good mix of guests and residents so it’s super quiet and relaxing. We liked it so much we rebooked for next year!

I had a great stay at Karen’s place. She was a fantastic host. The unit was exactly as listed, fully stocked and spotless. It was very quiet, which I really appreciated, yet so close to St Augustine and the rest of Vilano Island. I would definitely stay again.

The pictures and description are all very accurate. Everything went very smoothly. One of the best rentals we have ever stayed in. We had a great time!

Safe and quiet. The beach is never crowded. All of St. Augustine is a mile-long bridge away. The owner responds very quickly. The property is excellently maintained. I think the listing represents reality. We'll be back.

We’ve been coming to Karen’s Condo for several years now and have never been disappointed. The Condo is always just cleaned on arrival and all appliances are in top notch working order. Of course the main draw is the proximity to the beach and that rarely disappoints. Karen is always only a call or text message away and is always quick to respond if there should be any questions or unforeseen issues. We’ve already booked our vacation for next summer.

Always a pleasure staying here. Very clean and comfortable accommodations. The owner is very thoughtful in the way she ensures the condo is well supplied with the essentials, and she provides note cards with advice on everything from adjusting room temperature, WiFi, beach, pool and tennis court access, as well as suggesting things to do, sights to see, and personal recommendation of local establishments. Beautiful sunrise view from master bedroom, living room and balcony. Appreciated the easy access to the beach for that morning walk followed by a dip in the pool. Looking forward to our next visit.

My husband, myself and my parents enjoyed our first trip to Vilano Beach so very much! Seawatch 6b was perfect for us and the views were amazing! Karen is a great hostess and gave precise information about her unit. We will definitely be back!
