Ocean Front Condo With Wonderful 180 Degree View From Santa Cruz To Monterey

Above what was expected! Pictures don’t do it justice, and whichever cleaning service used, deserves a shout out! My 2 adult children and I had a fabulous stay. Plenty of space and amenities. Paul is a wonderful host, who leaves no guess work for anything. Plan to return!

The host (Paul) provided first class service from the time of our booking through our arrival at the property....including several attachments to inform us of things to make our stay better and easier. The unit itself was super clean and decorated nicely...and the location was fabulous, being practically on the sand dunes and overlooking the beautiful beach and Pacific Ocean.

We had an amazing stay. Such a wonderful getaway. We are looking forward to book it again in the future!

Staying at this condo was exactly what we needed. I planned our stay to do nothing but relax and recharge And that’s exactly what we did. As we first approached the door to the condo, we got a view of the waves through the access door and it was breathtaking. We entered the condo and were so impressed with the decor and the cleanliness. Everything was perfect. We pulled up the shades and opened the doors to hear the sound of the waves crashing on the beach. It was so calm and relaxing. The condo had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, pots and pans etc…. They even provided numerous spices, coffee, tea, oatmeal, popcorn and waffle mix. They have a Keurig and a toaster, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The TV was easy to use and had many streaming services as well as regular channels. The beds were comfortable and the fireplace was warm and cozy. Entry into the complex was simple and they provide carts to help get your bags to your condo. The beach is right outside the door and is quiet and beautiful. The sunsets are amazing. Many stores and restaurants are within a 10 minute drive and the host provides an information packet with many suggestions of places to go and things to do. Our stay was well worth the cost and we can’t wait to go back again.

The property was exactly as described. The host was wonderful and great with communication which helped us make the most of our trip. The view and beach access are perfect and we were close enough to explore Monterey and Santa Cruz. I would definitely come back and stay.

Pictures are exactly what you get. Absolutely beautiful. Expertly decorated. Second floor located over the dunes for exceptional views. Had everything you needed to stay in as far as amenities. This will be our go to get away from now on. Excellent host.

This was the perfect place for my childhood BFF and I to unwind and relax. We love the location, the view, and the weather was gorgeous!

Beautiful views and everything was so nicely done and we had everything we needed. Even the paper products had had attention paid to them. Hosts were responsive and helpful. Would love to stay longer next time.

Fantastic location right next to the beach. Beautiful views from windows and deck. Well equipped kitchen with extras like coffee and snacks. Comfy beds for everyone and a responsive host. Can’t wait to return.

This place was amazing and the best beach view around. It was very clean, had notes on furniture and other areas to help. The kitchen was amazing as well as the shower. I am keeping Paul’s place in mind if I ever visit again!

We absolutely loved this location! We were right on the beach with beautiful views. The condo is totally awesome! It has everything you need in the kitchen, laundry, bedding, and outside activities. It is so beautifully decorated too. We want to move here! Paul and Tuana are terrific and were always available for any questions.

We had an amazing weekend staying here. Bring right on the beach with the crashing sounds of the waves made it all the more enjoyable. The property was clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay again!

Loved the locale to ocean. Unfortunately because of my husband’s Parkinson’s we were unable to get to the beach but loved looking at and listening to the waves. Thank you for the treats.

This was a delightful, well-appointed condo on the beach. The decor was pleasant. Everything was very comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. The host was very gracious and responsive. We would definitely stay again.

This condo was all that it was advertised to be. Amazing views! Very comfortable and clean. A few steps to the sand and ocean. It is in a safe area. If you are looking for a relaxing place to be on the ocean this is it. Owners were very responsive and we even arrived to a goody basket and wine. It was the best Christmas. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning!
