Ocean Front Condo, Steps from the Beach With Pool, Tennis

Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The place was very nice.

Nice centrally located, oceanfront townhouse with wonderful view. Furniture and beds were comfortable. TV’s and internet access were great. Washer and dryer in unit. Nice coffee makers. Needed more dishes, especially bowls, but nothing that major. There are a lot of steps getting into the unit and upstairs to the bedrooms. Short walking distance to the beach and a nice pool behind the unit. This condo entrance was not gated while we were there, nor was the beach gate locked even though we were given gate codes. They might have been under maintenance. It still felt safe since there is fencing around the property.We would stay again but would prefer a place with fewer stairs.

We enjoy the stay very much. The place had everything we needed. The balconies had a beautiful view. The pool and boardwalk to beach all in close proximity.

The location was absolutely beautiful. The space was fantastic and we were even surprised to find some toys for the beach - a wagon and more that became extremely useful to our trip. As a cleaning business owner I could spot places that could’ve been cleaned differently like the faucets and so on. There was a few ants in the master room. Overall we were very satisfied.

Great location-2nd story townhouse, no elevator: outdoor stairs to front door, indoor stairs to bedrooms. Great spot on the dunes with two patios overlooking the waves. Shape of the dunes makes it feel like a private getaway – you don’t see/hear the people having fun down in the sand! Pool area is a very short walk from the condo, easy to pop back for snacks/bathroom. Be warned, outside stairs feel odd under the feet – maybe not all level/maybe different heights so be careful! Unit itself was comfortable and perfect.

We have stayed here before and the views of the beach do not disappoint. The house has everything you need to enjoy your stay and it is close to anything you could want.

We love Sea Place for its incredible ocean views. Nothing better than sleeping with the sliding doors open just a little to hear the sound of waves through the night. We appreciated the beach wagon so we could tote our Ninja tent, chairs, and lunch to the beach. Perfect getaway!

Overall a very nice unit. The upstairs balcony was really nice to be able to see the beach and sit in the sun and hear the waves crashing while you sleep.A couple things that need consideration would be a leak on the base of the half bath toilet, a very wobbly and unstable coffee table and then the plastic cooking utensils melts and leave pieces of plastic in your food. They need to be replaced. Overall, the kitchen pots and pans and dishes could be upgraded

Excellent location and extremely clean accommodations

Good location, clean condo, great view. Condo had a couple small annoyances - the slider screen on top floor needs to be fixed, condo furnishings/kitchenware were a little on the skimpy side. If there had been more than 2 of us it would have been an issue. Also, check-in and out require a stop at their local office even though door codes were sent ahead. Not sure why that was necessary. Annoyances aside, we enjoyed our stay at this condo.

We love this place! It was exactly what we were looking for. Beachfront, pool access, and peaceful. All the amenities of home were at our fingertips. St. Augustine in general is a beautiful area that had lots of nearby restaurants, shopping and tourism. We will absolutely be back!

Check in was easy. The place was nice and clean. The views from the top balcony were AMAZING! The beach was beautiful here. We would definitely stay here again!

This property is managed by Vtrips. We arrived, checked in, went to dinner and came back to relax. Upon sitting in the couch, my friend had bugs crawling on her. She killed about 10 and we had to get out of the living room. We took pictures and looked the bugs up on internet. They look like carpet beetles, very. Small beetles , they infest and live in furniture, cloth, carpet. We found a couple random ones upstairs but they were really concentrated to the couch and living room. I called the vtrip number and left a message. No after hours or emergency number. They called back the next day. I sent them pictures and videos. We could not stay there, it was ruining our trip to not be able to relax and so we had to leave. They sent someone from their office over there, took pictures of the couch from a distance. Claimed they saw nothing, treated us like we were lying. We were told we could return to the property and finish our stay and refused to issue any kind of refund claiming we didn’t see any bugs. We have pictures and video proof. We will be taking this to higher Florida state authorities. I begged them to let me meet someone over there to show them and they refused. The worst part is that they will be renting it out again to some poor unsuspecting soul and treating them the same way. It is sad that this company would treat people so poorly out of greed. Do not rent unless you have proof it has been treated by professional exterminators. We will never deal with vtrips again.

pros: awesome view of ocean 2 balconies location to good food nice decor/freshly updated (except for second bedroom) quiet prompt response by management for lock issues cons: had to go to separate location to pick up/drop off parking passes and beach access badges no documentation in condo (or on guest portal) for instructions on how to use beach badges/ dumpster location secondary upstairs bathroom has no storage space for counter/shower very minimal cooking/utensils/plates walk to beach is quite long and can be problematic for those with mobility issues bugs on ceiling of patio/ fly into the unit upstairs secondary bedroom very small and not ideal for couples sharing a condo lock code did not work

The entry code was incorrect and we had to stay in a hotel the first night because even after 3 different ways to contact the host, we were unable to get into the condo until the next morning. It cost us a night at a hotel and ruined the frontend of our trip. The condo is very, very tired and in need of an update in every room and balcony, to include the outside areas of the community. Unlike the other wonderful properties we rented (which were all less than this one per night), there was less than one roll of TP in every bathroom and one tiny bar of soap. There were no paper plates, or napkins or anything. The kitchen had very little in it and one of the pots was completely burnt through, not enough silverware for 4 people and no coffee cups. We weren't able to cook a full meal. Soap in the fabric softener in the teeny tiny washing machine that I had to clean. 4 flat pillows for 3 beds and no extra bedding, not even another blanket. So much more was completely underwhelming. The only good feature of this property is the amazing view. Other than that is was bad, just bad all the way around.

This was a great condo with amazing views from both balconies. Inside is exactly as shown in pictures, was clean and comfortable. The beach was never crowded duting our stay. We will definately stay here again.
