Stayed Feb 10, 2026We had a wonderful monthlong stay at this relaxing condo in Shoal Bay. Jennifer is a great host and very responsive to questions at any time. Joyce in Anguilla was very helpful and did a great job keeping us in good shape during our stay. Wonderful quiet location and great beaches are within short distances from the property. The ultimate getaway to a magical island!

Stayed Jan 18, 2025The condo was well appointed, clean and spacious. The front balcony is great for coffee or afternoon naps. Gas & Groceries ten minute drive. Joyce, our host, was wonderful. We arrived late in the evening, she coordinated our dinner with a local chef and surprised my husband with a cake for his birthday. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Joyce is kind and helpful, as were the locals on the island. The roads are a little rough to enter Sandy Beach Condos, just take it slow. Would return.

Stayed Mar 26, 2024The Unit was exactly as advertised-- a beautiful and comfortable home base for a fantastic family adventure vacation. The property manager met us at the unit when we arrived, with pretty fresh flowers. We enjoyed the gorgeous views while dining and playing cards on the balcony. We walked the rocky coast to Sandy Hill Bay and loved snorkeling the living reef just minutes away. Mostly though, we drove around the island to explore the many beaches, amazing restaurants and points of interest (Anguilla Arch, Goat Cave!). After returning in the evening, we were soothed to sleep by the breezes and the sound of the waves. We didn't have great luck getting in touch with the management company during our stay, but our questions weren't urgent. And I was surprised by the lack of hot water, but cool showers often felt nice after a hot day. Overall, it was a fantastic property that met our needs well. Thank you!
