Such an incredible place at an incredible price

We had a very nice relaxing time in the condo. It is decorated very nicely, not cluttered, comfortable furniture and bed. We ended up eating most meals out. Our biggest disappointment was all Mother Natures fault lol due to the pretty constant rain and overcast. Nonetheless, the view and sound of the waves is fabulous! I would definitely recommend this place and we’d stay there again hopefully during some sunshine days. 😊

Property is really clean. Beds (including pullout) are comfortable. Beautiful views of the ocean from the deck. Little bit of a walk to get down to the beach with quite a bit of steps but that’s not the end of the world. You’re really close to town. Easy to walk right in to grab food or a drink. Loved it and would absolutely stay again.

We spent three nights here for my wife’s 64th birthday and so glad we did. It has a good central location, just a few minute drive to anywhere in town. The outside of the building is a bit weathered but the unit itself is wonderful - nicely decorated, full kitchen with newer appliances, everything very well done. It is a bit of a walk to the beach, but with the balcony giving a front row seat and cold beer in the fridge, we felt no need to make the trek. This is a great choice to stay in LC.

Great communication with the host, very clean property, exactly as pictured. Beautiful view from the balcony and the kitchen is stocked with everything we needed. Perfect place for a couple or small family, highly recommend

We had access to all the amenities we needed and with remodeled updates we felt very comfortable. No moldy smells! Comfortable bed and furnishings. Amazing view! We hope to return!

Everything was great. The unit was *HOT* when we arrived, but soon cooled off and we had no other problems. We very much enjoyed our stay.

This is an absolutely amazing and beautiful condo to stay at. The view cannot be beat! It’s incredible! It is modern and upgraded nicely. It honestly felt like my own home and a place I’d live in if I moved to Lincoln City. It has very close and easy beach access within a few minutes walk and the surrounding neighborhood was pleasant. Kellie was great at communicating any questions or requests we had. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it!

Relaxing, quiet with great view of ocean. Easy short walk to beach. Everything you need for a great stay. Check-in and out simple. Just couple things need attention. The screen door needs replaced. The entire bottom is rusted thru and does not slide. The screen has a large hole. The inside frame where sliding door slides into needs cleaning. The toilet seat slides sideways. Thanks so much

We loved the location mostly. The condo was a little older but very functional. We loved the beach view and could have stayed longer for that reason.

The condo was perfect and I wish I could have stayed longer! The accommodations were more than plentiful and the balcony view was incredible! The view of the beach and sunset was unobstructed due to clear glass fencing on balcony. Rooms were furnished very comfortably and the decor was lovely. Washer and dryer was a HUGE plus for me. All my communication with the host was excellent and she seemed like a great person. I highly recommended this property!

Lovely condo with excellent access to the beach and a fantastic veranda to sit and enjoy the view. Very comfortable amenities, most importantly the king size bed. Everything we needed for a four night stay. Great communication with host/owner.

Arrived late at night to find easy access to a clean and well stocked apt. No issues with entire experience from booking to locking up. Wife and I took advantage of the close and easy access to the beach for long strolls. Drove up and down Hwy101 sight seeing. Will book again when back to the coast. Thank you.

The condo was clean and lovely, as well as had everything we needed for our two-day stay. Although we didn’t do any cooking, I did snoop through all the drawers and noticed plenty of pots, pans and everything you would need for utilizing the full size oven.With nothing between the balcony and the ocean except for sand, our favorite part of the trip was spending time sitting on the patio furniture watching the sunset with a drink in hand.Kellie was a wonderful host and super responsive to any questions. (And didn’t even seem annoyed with my chatty messaging.)Definitely will be staying here again, and will recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay in Lincoln City.

The property itself looked a bit run down on arrival, but what an experience we had. This cute upgraded little unit was breathtaking and the views. Wow. The decoration was spot on, the pullout couch was surprisingly comfy. I heard the bed was a bit on the harder side, but nothing to complain about. The owner was so responsive and open. We will definitely return.

First off the space is great. It was clean, welcoming, parking was awesome. Just down the street from one of our favorite breakfast spots Zeller’s. There is beach access 2 blocks away. On of my big things is the shower and this one was great. Full ice good pressure. Will definitely be back

My husband and I came for a little anniversary getaway and this spot was exactly what we needed! The view was spectacular and we loved being in the middle of Lincoln City. The apartment was very clean, smelled wonderful and was very updated. The couch and bed weren't SUPER comfy but not worth docking any points. We ended up wanting to stay an extra night and Kellie was very responsive and made it super easy to get that booked. We'll definitely be back!

The place was top notch! The view is perfect, the space was very clean and well organized, and we had no trouble getting in. I think the pictures don't do it justice -- it is far more roomy than they show. The renovations are well chosen and good quality, which I really appreciate. I will absolutely rent here again.

The view was amazing! The condo has been updated, and was tastefully decorated.The couch was a little awkward to sit on. Not uncomfortable, but the cushions wanted to slip forward.Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at this property during King Tides. It was nice to be oceanfront. The furnishings and decor in the condo were great and it fit our needs perfectly. Quality seating on the outdoor deck as well. While their didn't seem to be many people at the building when we were there, I did appreciate that there was a dedicated parking space. I am sure that is helpful in the main tourist season!

Overall very enjoyable. No complaints at all. I wasn’t able to activate the bedroom TV using the remote but I’m a neophyte with electronics.

I absolutely loved this condo. Many amenities and absolutely spotless. The view was amazing. You have to go north or south just a bit to get down onto the beach, because it’s steep, but I was sick and just enjoyed the gorgeous view from the living room and balcony. The bed in the one bedroom was very comfortable. I would stay there again.

We had a wonderful time. Close to Depoe Bay to eat at Whale Bites and Tidal Raves. Great shopping and Casino was close. Hideaway bed was super comfy. Kitchen was great. Definitely planning to stay again.

10/10 would recommend, and we hope to be able to come back one day, if we may! My husband and I are newly weds and we stayed here for our honeymoon. Not only were accommodations made for us, but when we arrived, our expectations were not only met but exceeded. I brought household items like paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, shampoo etc only to find almost everything was already provided. Not only this, but the place was very clean and beautiful. The host, Kellie, is very kind and communication is great. She is even going above and beyond by helping us with items we accidentally left. We couldn't ask for anything more in a honeymoon stay. We are so very thankful we chose this spot and hope to come back!
